My 1 star is for lack of customer service. The work they did was fine. But they left a dent in the door that Insurance wouldn't cover. Had they let me know, I would have authorized it to be fixed and paid for it myself since it was currently in the shop.

They did a fantastic job on my door repair after a deer ran into my driver side door. Also did a deep cleaning of the interior which was a nice surprise. Made getting the repair done through my insurance very easy, would definitely use them again, (though I hope I don't need to)
