My DieHard battery was not performing very well. I took it to carquest to have them look at it. They put it on a load and they exploded my battery.. when I asked about a warranty they told me because I can't prove that I bought the DieHard battery from carquest. They're not going to warranty it.. they are the only people that sell DieHard batteries.
Not to mention they just wrapped my battery up in a bag and sent me on my way. Pretty crummy to have a battery that you guys warranty, but you have to prove that you bought it when it's your battery manufacturer. And give it back to me in the condition you did is outrageous.

They ordered a part for me. The part was incorrect, their mistake. Refused to refund the shipping, only refunded the cost of the part. Again, they ordered it, not me.

We broke down in Helena and went to Carquest to grab the part that was needed. The employees were amazing especially Ken. He was able to help fix our truck so we could make it back home 4 hours away. I really appreciate the hard work and help. Thank you Ken for your help and for your Service as a Veteran.

Went two days in a row during hours it says they are open. Nobody there and doors locked. Went the next day to buy paint and told the employe I’ll be right back I have to buy a compressor to paint with. I came back an hour before it says they close and nobody there and no answer on the phone.

Don't shop there. They would not take back a trickle charger that was unused never opened and was rude to my daughter. I called Missoula where im from and they take them back. I will never shop there again horrible service I would consider going somewhere else!!! If I could give negative star I would .
