This is the second time chase has tried to put a check on hold! I mobile deposit into my account one day not knowing I would have to wait a full two weeks before being able to touch my money. Went in today to try in person and they again tried to put it on hold till the 7th of next month? is this a joke bank or what.

HORRIBLE good luck doing ANYTHING here! You'll just get sent to a customer service hotline and WASTE your time Monday morning I will be closing my account and taking my buisness somewhere not ran by robots. Do NOT waste your time here.

First and only bank in Montana that makes you have a checking account to get paperwork notarized. Probably because it’s the only chase bank. Went over to intrepid and had NO issues - NO account NO problem! These big name banks are the WORST.

Got added to someone's credit card as an authorized user without consulting me, when I called their support they were very unhelpful and recommended I download their app and put in the credit card number etc to verify myself. That's great and all but if I don't have the card because they didn't do their due diligence how am I supposed to remove myself? Their solution was report the change to the credit bureaus and they would flag it instead of actually finding the account and removing me. Had no interest in dealing with Chase and this solidified it.

07/22/22 5 stars for this branch and a THANK YOU to Karen and Mitchell for excellent customer service!1 star for corporate... A bit disturbed by my online banking experiences with twice getting double deducted for my car payment when I have transferred funds from checking to loan account. Chase refuses to acknowledge glitch in system, I DID NOT mistakenly make 2 separate transfers within seconds of each other, if I wanted to pay $600 I would have done so with one transaction NOT 2!! Luckily this time I caught it. That I cannot clear it up with a simple phone call and a reversed transaction...ridiculous!! The fact that a branch associate can't clear it up immediately with corporate...is even WORSE!!

Funny how when you’re a day late you get a service charge and late fee, however I accidentally overpaid my credit card by $2700 and it’s taking more than two weeks to get my money back to me. Never have I had a customer service agent hang up on me until now. Thanks for nothing Chase I’ll be closing my account as soon as I get my money back. Can’t help but think that they are accruing interest, while I’m bouncing checks on the money that is mine.

Nice employees, that was fine. But - very strange interior. All brand new, but looks like a cell phone store, not a bank. Not one natural thing, not even a plant. Creepy.

What an amazing experience! After being with Wells Fargo for years the customer service just wasnt where it should be I went into chase and they where amazing. They went through everything and made the process very simple. Karen was great with helping me, the fact that the manager introduced himself to me made the experience even better

It's nice having a Chase Bank here. Being from Kentucky, it's nice having a bank I can use both here and in KY. Very helpful and very convenient. Literally meets all my banking needs, coast to coast.
