I had to have my right rearview mirror replaced as I struck it on the garage door as I was backing out. They gave me a quick estimate and scheduled me to have the work done the next week! They got it done as promised and I didn’t have to pay for a “recalibration” as they had warned might be necessary.

My car went in for body work after being rear ended. I appreciated the communication during the repair so I knew what was happening. There was a hiccup with the repair but cody said that he would take care of me. He got it sorted out and my car looks great. Thanks for taking care of me. I appreciate it.

Customer service at this shop is fantastic. The staff are kind, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with - Randy is AMAZING! They run their business with true honesty and integrity, which is rare to find these days. They took the time to understand my needs, offered the best service possible, and even accommodated my schedule with great flexibility. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality auto body work.

They went above and beyond had 3 different jobs on different vehicles only had to take one back for head lights adjustment they did it right then 10 minutes perfectly i would recommend them every time

I can't say enough good things about Crash Champions of Helena (Dorothy St. location). They are very courteous, very knowledgeable, and absolutely go above and beyond for their clients. Their work is timely and their rates are fair. Randy in particular has managed cases of mine at least on three different occasions, and each time I walked away feeling like he went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend Crash Champions!

Shop did an amazing job fixing a brand new car back up to looking brand new after hitting a deer. Communication was awesome. Interactions with insurance were flawless. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Absolutely amazing staff. They took care of all the vandalism my car got and my car looked brand spankin new. Randy is a great help too, he said if I need any small work I could come by anytime for scratch repair and he has been stupendous.
