Absolute units. Always putting their best foot forward and working hard to meet and exceed my needs time and again. 10/10 would rent again.

Every Enterprise location is a little different, but the employees at the Helena location (near I-15) seem to go above and beyond.

Amazing people and amazing service! I lost the key for the rental few hours before my return flight, and the Enterprise team did a phenomenal job helping fix that mess. We found the keys later and I was never charged for any of the trouble I have caused them. 1000 out of 10 service and value.

Website is a pain in the @ss to navigate to see available rentals and prices. I quit and moved onto another rental car agency.

This review is for Josh the branch manager. I know it sounds cliché, but he truly went above and beyond in assisting me. In a world of maddening unhelpful people, guys like him could actually restore someone’s faith in humanity.

I have rented a vehicle through Enterprise several times over the last few months. Ben, at the Helena Enterprise, provides the BEST customer service! He works hard and is extremely professional and polite to his customers.

My boyfriend was renting a car because he was driving to Montana from Arizona and had an accident. He had a 9am appt for someone to pick him up, they were 55 minutes late. Added an extra 100.00 when it was set up for 50.00. His insurance covers 80 percent of costs. Because he is planning on moving to Montana in a few months, they said he needed a Montana Bank account, copy of lease agreement. I would never do business with this company, period.

Reserved the car a month ahead of time *after* ensuring they accepted our form of payment and paperwork. I had five different CSRs, as well as a supervisor and an instore rep (Ben), lie to me about what would be accepted. When we got there, I explained my frustration in a professional manner reminding Ben that I had spoken with him over the phone where he had initially confirmed everything was good to go, and he then said "I remember that. I found out afterwards it wasnt." So you found out new information afterwards and just didn't inform anyone until it was last minute? Too last minute to be able to resolve anything? It is beyond frustrating and insulting to be outright lied to by someone when you have had things planned for a month and have been informed by multiple staff what you need and what they'll accept. My anxiety to make sure things are planned is so bad that I triple checked before booking and then triple checked again after booking... so this wasn't misinformation or an unfortunate mishap by any means. They simply lied to rush the call. Misinformation, when you have multiple callback numbers, could have been corrected. This didnt have to happen. An absolute slap in the face. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Now because of their collective incompetence, we have someone who can't get home, we will be without groceries to makeup the cost of getting them home, and I'll be missing out seeing a relative before they pass away.Shame on you, Enterprise.

I'd give Enterprise 5 stars if they consistently had more vehicles available and actually had the car they promised us we'd get. Instead, we get whatever happens to be there even if it's a completely different make or model, size, gas guzzler, etc.
