Highly recommend staying here during your visit to Helena. We were here for a work conference just down the block and loved the location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Every morning we were greeted for breakfast and always told to have a wonderful day. Thank you for making this trip easier and one to remember. All 5stars.

My room was clean and nice. If the clerk would have charged my business card on file instead of my personal card, I would have left 4 stars.

Updated and refreshed! Fairfield turned this place around. Management was helpful and the rooms were great. Will stay again

I stayed here for 1 night and the service was amazing. Ivy was very nice and helpful. She made me feel welcomed and made the experience more enjoyable. Recommend this hotel if you stay in Helena.

The seats in the lobby are cracked and need attention. The bathroom in the room had a very small sink and a folding table that was swollen by water. The first morning someone tried entry into my room and when I called the front desk I was told, well it wasn't me. Fortunately, I had my safety lock on the door. The breakfast consisted of Walmart yogurt and one pork sausage. The eggs were gone. I asked for the manager to call me and even after 1 week no call back.
Rooms: Dated, dirty and in need of updating to stay within Marriott standards.
Food and drinks: Walmart brands.

Bathroom had prior guests DNA all over the mirror and counter top of the bathroom. Carpet next to the bed was filthy. Not been vacuumed in ages. No air conditioning. It was 98 degrees outside and never dropped below 78 degrees all night, no fan to move the hot air. Didn't even try the breakfast... discretion is the better part of valor. At 10 pm tried to move to a hotel that was $140 more pernight but they had no rooms available. Sounds like Lester had his di k sucked....

Our room was dirty when we got there, but they did make it right and discounted our room. The hot tub had ants crawling around it.
The breakfast staff was very unknowledgable about gluten cross contamination. They boast they have gluten-free options, which they do, in a sense. But they keep the GF bagels in the same case as the gluten items. When I pointed it out, the server said it was fine since it was wrapped. If you have a severe issue with gluten, you know that isn't fine. The eggs and sausage were also in the same case as the biscuits.
The staff themselves were friendly and helpful, the room suited our needs once clean, and the location was good.

Not a great stay. The staff was asked to refill shampoo/conditioner (more than once) and never did, they were asked to update my card info which never happened so that’s fun to fix, and I asked to have my receipt emailed and they never did. Frustrating.

We arrived very skeptical due to some previous Google reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised. A clean hotel, clean rooms and the surrounding area is well maintained. Everything worked in our room and the facilities were absolutely perfect for a 2-star hotel. But the pool is a joke! Absolutely disgusting! I reversed to the right with my swimming trunks under my arm. The water level was 40 cm below the skimmers and the water treatment was not running! Repair it or close this pool immediately and take it off the homepage. This will save you a lot of bad reviews.
So if you don't just come to swim, you're in good hands here!
Rooms: Very clean and well equipped for 2 stars
Food and drinks: Absolutely sufficient for a small 2-star hotel. Coffee, hot water and fresh fruit were available free of charge all day at reception.
Noteworthy details: Pool: a no go

I spent one night here over Memorial Day weekend. My room was super clean and I had a good workout in the gym with all the equipment in good working order. Breakfast was great - waffles, eggs, sausage, all hot and fresh fruit as well. This was a fine place to stay if you have to visit Helena! ?

Had a nice overnight stay here with a few inconveniences. Minor. Overall the room was acceptable, however, the bath shower curtain was moldy dirty, the bed headboards had grime & splatters in them, which indicates they are not being cleaned after each use. I had asked the front desk clerk on my departure morning if the AAA office building next door accepted walk-ins for travel info & his response was he didn't know he only works "here". Just seemed lacking in understanding of travelers. My first assigned room had toilet tank refills every few minutes which I asked about & was quickly addressed by staff reassigning me to another room. The building is dated but fairly maintained with the above exceptions noted.

We stayed here for the lacrosse state tournament in May and all team members who stayed here had a negative experience.
The pool area had some closures, doors were broken, and there were some strange stains on the carpet.
The biggest issue was service. Some people waited over half an hour to be checked in and others waited hours for small services such as blankets to be fulfilled.
My experience was my hour long check in process starting at 9pm and ending at 10pm. We were told our door was broken and needed to be fixed. I went to look for the front clerk an hour later and found her smoking outside. After a few excuses she admitted she forgot about us.
We were assured we would receive at least a discount and be contacted by a manager. It has been several days with no contact. We will avoid this hotel in the future. For such expensive rooms, I expected better than a Motel 6.
