Our experience with Amanda and Finstad's was excellent. We had some ides of what we wanted to have installed but Amanda came up with other ideas that worked out and looked so much better. She was very organized and was very pleasant to work with. We both really like the flooring we got, plus the installer was very quick and was great to work with.

Shawn did an amazing job helping us get the correct flooring and then get it installed. We were on a time crunch due to movers coming within two weeks. Our experience with Finstad's was fantastic from start to finish! Amanda was exceedingly helpful through the whole process of choosing a marmoleum color, determining what needed to be done to install in our 100 plus year old house with uneven floors, scheduling and answering any questions we had. The installation happened on time and we are thrilled! with our new flooring. I'd give them 10 stars!

I stopped in to check for a special stair end cap and the lady there got right on the phone and called the warehouse and as soon as I walked in the door the warehouse gentleman had the pieces I needed ! I was very happy and from this small situation I can only imagine having them do flooring on a larger level. I would be calling Finstads Carpet One for any flooring needs !

Honestly I could not be happier with my experience at Finstad's! Amanda continues to be extremely helpful, long after I have purchased our flooring. She is very knowledgeable about the products and was willing to lay out tons of samples around the showroom until we found the perfect flooring. She has been very communicative and thorough during the entire process. We are installing the flooring ourselves and even then the guys in the warehouse have been providing advice and insight as to how to install it, which they certainly don't have to do! I drove to Helena from Missoula to see what Finstad's had to offer because I was really underwhelmed with the service I received at another flooring company in Missoula and I am glad I did!
