This is a bank I would not use. I worked for them for a very short time and they were awful. There was always a lot of bullying going on. The manager was a drunk. She had liquor in her desk drawer. She liked to threaten employees. She tried to be intimidating. Certain employees were allowed to shop online during business hours. If certain employees did something wrong they would blame the new employees. Rude customer service.

They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.
