Back again In 2024! Vehicle #4 from Helena Motors, absolutely hands down the best dealer in town!! Ty Grove took very good care of me as well as the sales manager and the finance guy!! Last time i purchased my dream car (Lancer Evolution), But this time i got to leave with an absolute dream of a truck a 17’ limited F150!! Thank you guys so much!! Heres photos of the vehicles i have purchased and not a single one has EVER left me stranded!!

Have only ever used the service department but this is where I take my vehicles. Their service team is top notch and are all very helpful and accommodating. They have a shuttle service and a night drop for your convenience. 100% recommend Honda of Helena for your service needs.

Dennis is a loser! No stars!He couldn't find the tires he needed himself and asked me to do it for him. I found a difficult tire to find, ordered them, paid for them had them delivered to my shop and personally studded them.He asked me to stud the tires for him and then b!*ched about the price saying he was going to stud them. He waited until I was gone and talked my service writer down on price, after I gave him an auto industry discount to begin with.Then I'm sure marked the tire price back up and the cost of studding them and sold them to a customer of his. (all speculative).I would be very weary of dealerships because of people like this, if you want to be treated right go to the local small shops that have existed forever, that have to care about treating people right to survive against criminals like Dennis and the dealership.Most of us are just good people anyway and get infuriated when people do this and get away with it.

I was caught with a bad starter between here and San Francisco. I'm up here in Helena to care for my dad. The folks at this dealership went out of their way to find a part for me, drive me to and from my parents' house (thanks, Steve!) and though I'm gone by the time the part is here -they did a full inspection, gave me the info on the part to order, and didn't charge me a dime. Super friendly and super professional-thank you Honda of Helena!.

There were two wonderful Employees at the front desk. They helped us where we can have a coke, Snack, or sweet treat. Then we waited to ride shuttle home. Casey was very helpful too!

I've been using Helena Honda for servicing on my now-13-year-old Honda Civic for the past five years. My experience with customer service is excellent—whether I wait for my vehicle or use the shuttle. The mechanics stay on top of the Honda-suggested service schedule and always let me know what's coming up! I've been satisfied with their maintenance and repair work. They even set my clock for me once when I came in just after the daylight-saving-time switch. Now THAT's "above and beyond."

Scheduled a test drive of 2023 CRV over the phone. Was told that there were several available and that test drive had been scheduled. Drove from out of town and learned that there were no models available and that the inventory from previous communication and website was not accurate.

Rude unfriendly staff at the front desk. We’ll see how well the service is. I may add or subtract another star. They tried to get me to replace my rear differential fluid for 140$ saying that at 15,000 miles it needs to be replaced. Yet I go to my service schedule and it states that it needs to be CHECKED at 15,000... not replaced. At 30,000 miles it is to be replaced and 30k is being SAFE... Someone could probably go to 60k and be fine. I asked them to show me in my manual where it says it needs to be changed at 15k... they could not (because it wasn't there) The guy only showed me the indicator mentioning the rear differential fluid in my car (probably just telling me to check it, it did not say to replace it). Then they threatened that my warranty would be voided if I didn't get it replaced. Yet once again they couldn't show me anything on paper showing that I needed my rear differential fluid replaced. It's sad to see these companies try so hard to make an extra buck from incompetent people that would probably just get things like that done when asked. This company is taking advantage of people. And YES, the young lady was extremely rude and ignorant at the front desk. "Not something you normally hear"... good god... On a side note the gentlemen that got in my car to show me my rear differential indicator smelled like alcohol so you may want to watch out for that guy drinking on the job... On a positive note the oil change was a reasonable price. Doesn't make up for everything else though.

We came in today with our rental car and all the staff were super friendly. We got all the help we needed, they fixed the problem right away and they even called our rental company. If I would own a Honda I would go here all the time. In just a couple of minutes we were on our way. Thanks!!!
