Not the same place it was when I started there 10yrs ago. Bought out and basically ran remotely by a Californian company. Drs attitude sucks. Don't like know it alls. Asked to have records transferred 5 months ago. After a message and a call later, i finally got them transfered. Just not a good fit anymore. So I moved on. Best of luck to whoever remains a worker or client.

My 14 year old mini schnauzer needed to have her teeth cleaned. She had 16 extractions done. They reviewed all her past medical issues and planned her surgery and post op care accordingly. She did well through it all! Everything was explained to me , all the pros and cons of doing surgery on a senior dog. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was friendly and truly seemed to care!

From the reception area to the doctor, everyone here was professional, kind and caring. I hadn't taken my little dog to a veterinarian for a while because of Covid and other issues. The doctor was very thorough and genuinely caring towards my little dog. The price was reasonable for everything done. I'm very happy to have found Valley Veterinary Clinic .

Valley Vet always provides excellent service. Dr. Reisinger is fantastic. We started using them when our little energetic dog Mabel came into our family almost two years ago. Mabel is the only animal that we have had that gets super excited to go to the vet. I wish I had that enthusiasm when I go to the doctors. I think all the praises, attention, petting, and treats the staff provides at Valley is why she loves to go there. Mabel has had a number of interesting situations that have warranted a number of visits. Dr. Reisinger has helped heal Mabel and provide guidance on how to prevent it in the future. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Reisinger and the Valley Veterinary staff.

They were so awesome to work my dog into the schedule after her “regular” vet couldn’t see her for weeks. Since I dropped her off there wasn’t much interaction, but the front desk ladies were so nice and efficient.
