Haven't stayed at the hotel, you dip behind this side and there is a cute little "Cheers" type bar on the other side. Where you'll find a lot of laughs and a good atmosphere!
Nearby activities: Longhorn bar on the other side

The main lobby is the cleanest part of the hotel, as soon as you step into the elevator it's disgusting! My room had not been vacuumed in ages, the comforter was stained and nasty, window was missing the lever to close it so I used my own wrench to do so, your welcome for the donation of that, the heater did not work and had electrical tape on wires underneath. I travel for work often, and weekly monthly, I've been in 14 different states, dozens of hotels and this one was the worst so far in 2024. O on top of all the other stuff, half the time my key card to the room would not work, so you go to the lobby where you press 0 to have nobody come around to help! The place is a joke, poorly managed and not taken care of, sadly I was not able to get my money back or I would have left. My suggestion in Helena, pay a bit more and stay away from this place.

Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away!"
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a room through Priceline and was given two separate rooms that were both absolutely unacceptable. The first room had stained bedding, dirty floors, and a musty smell. There was even a hole in the wall with exposed wires. The second room was equally bad, with dirty countertops, unclean floors, and urine stains in the bathroom. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, I was treated rudely and was denied any apology or assistance. The lack of basic cleanliness and the unprofessional behavior of the staff made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. I ended up leaving the property and contacting customer service to request a refund, which was initially denied. I would highly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere—this place is a health hazard!
Rooms: A sewer is cleaner!

On October 18, 2024, around 4 PM, the old lady at the front desk was extremely rude to all the guests checking in. I’m not sure if she’s actually the receptionist or just a maid, but her behavior is unacceptable for someone in that position. The rooms are dirty and have a terrible smell. They should either let her go for failing to do her job properly or assign her to cleaning the motel and bathrooms, as that seems more fitting given her attitude.

Do not believe the fake reviews!
This is your WARNING!!!!
I booked this on Priceline for a 'VIP deal'. There is nothing 'VIP' in this place! The first room I walked in the door was wide open and still not cleaned. The maids carts were in the hallway but I saw no maids. I went back down to the desk and told the rude lady the room hadn't been cleaned yet. She did not apologize and just made me different keys. So I went back up to a new room and it was just as dirty except the floor was vacuumed. The toilet had dark yellow piss stains on the seat still and the sink had some kind of smudges all over it. It looked greasy or something. I told the lady I will just stay elsewhere. This room is also dirty and she had told me only 2 rooms were still available. Drawn on eyelashes got more belligerent and said there are no refunds and told me to just leave. I refused to leave obviously without a refund. She said if I needed assistance to leave she would arrange that and called some guy named Josh. Josh was smart enough to not try and play a tough guy and get himself hurt over eyebrows poor behavior. Eyebrows realizing I was not intimidated by Josh and he was smart enough to try and get physical with me she tried to intimidate my wife who was sitting on the chair in the lobby just watching the situation. Eyebrows walked over to her and got very close and started telling her to leave with a raised voice. I told Eyebrows don't you go over and try to intimidate her now. Eyebrows realized I wasn't intimidated and told Josh never mind.
Long story short eyebrows wanted me to believe I won't be getting a refund but I know I will be. To anyone who doesn't see this warning in time and has the same experience remember you can dispute the charges with your credit card company and get your money back regardless of what the slum place tries to tell you. Hopefully eyebrows will be in the unemployment line soon as I am not going to let this go and I will be escalating it to the corporate level.
Rooms: Nasty dirty!
Nearby activities: A better place to stay across the street!
Safety: Eyebrows is the biggest danger in the place. "In her mind" she is GOD!
Walkability: You need a car to go anywhere exciting.
Noteworthy details: The rude lady with no eyebrows except for the magic marker is your first warning sign to not stay here!

For the love of all that is holy and good, avoid this hotel like the plague. I thought places like this only existed in horror movies, but they are real. I don't know how they're allowed legally to run a place like this.
Rooms: Filthy and disgusting.
Safety: Doors won't close or lock. Windows won't close properly

The first room I was given was not clean with unmade bed and towels on the floor in the bathroom. The second room I was given had a broken sink, a window that was broken and stuck open, and dog feces on the floor. Don't recommend.

The only reason I am giving any stars at all are because of the location and the kindness of the young man desk clerk.
The first keys we were given took us to an already occupied room. The second room couldn’t have been worse. Unsafe, and horribly unclean. The poor desk clerk tried to offer us a third room, but by this point we knew we couldn’t stay. Never seen anything quite as bad as this. Very disappointing.

Room was filthy a dirty towel was on the floor had not been vacuumed ever. We didn't even want to take off our shoes. After I got in the bed I noticed the sheets were also dirty!!! Huge stain, someone had made the bed and not changed the sheets!!!
This should make anyone considering staying here rethink that decision. Lots of other issues this one is the one that I couldn't look past. 100 dollar room is cheap but does not mean after a guest leaves you can not change the sheets!!!

If you are considering staying at this hotel, I highly advise that you find another hotel. This place was DISGUSTING! 1st - the room/air vents had mold in them that you can smell immediately when entering the room, 2nd - the bathtub has more grim and dirt in it than a rundown house, 3rd - the hallway air vents also had mold that you can visibly see, 4th - the entire hotel smells as if it is a smoking hotel but stating that they are not, 5th - the bed sheets and towels are so old that you can see years worth of dingy stains on them, 6th - there so called "complimentary breakfast" was a coffee machine at the front desk with one smashed/package muffin next to it. I had paid for 3 nights stay and due to checking in late in the evening, we ended up staying the first night. My allergies went completely insane due to the mold and just being in that hotel for more than 30 minutes gives you a terrible headache, believed to be from the mold. I was not the only one effected, my husband and brother were effected as well. We ended up checking out early the next morning at moved to another hotel. I requested a refund for the 2 nights that we would not be staying at their hotel due to the conditions and was denied a refund. Stay far away from this hotel if you consider your health a priority and do not want to waste your money on a room that will make you sick.
Rooms: Disgusting!!!!!!! Mold on the walls and air vents. Dirt and grim all over the bathtub and shower area. Towels and bedsheets completely dingy and smell like they have not been washed or replaced in years. Awful, awful, awful hotel and room.

AVOID! Literal hole in the wall, from the door handle hitting the wall. Retroactively charged $20 for a late check out after being told at check in a late check out was fine. Mere minutes after entering the room someone slid a note under the door saying how awful there stay was. That was creepy. The next morning I saw 2 other guests w/ the same note in their hand & there was 1 in the elevator. When I handed the front desk clerk the note they literally refused to acknowledge it. I said this is creepy & and unsafe, their response was what time do.you want to checkout.. Their were more of the notes next to the computer. Stain on couch, spring poking through desk chair, curtains were broken, burnt out light bulbs. I could say more, but JUST AVOID!
Rooms: A hole in the wall where the door handle had smashed through. The worst patch job ever that still left a 5×2" hole that someone had tried to fill with caulk. Spring poking out of desk chair. Stains on couch. Curtains that didn't fit the windows & were broken letting light in. Burnt out light bulbs.
Safety: UNSAFE! I can not emphasize how bad it is that someone slipped a note under my door minutes after I opened it. I was sitting on the bed taking off my shoes & watched it be slid under the door. Staff would not even acknowledge the note or the safety concern that came with it.
Several other guests got the note too.
Food and drinks: $4 for bottles water
Continental breakfast was a joke NO water, juice, fruit, cereal. Just freezer burnt breakfast sandwiches, some granola bars, and coffee NO sugar or creamer.
Noteworthy details: This place isn't safe. People walking through the hotel slipping notes under the door after you get in the room

The first sign of trouble was the strong smell of weed when we pulled into the parking lot. Main lobby seemed warm and cozy, but when we went to our room (which can only be accessed by going back outside and to the the right of the entrance) we found that it was poorly lit, with only one working lamp and the other missing a lightbulb. More problematic was that it had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, which is a serious trigger for my Father's asthma.
Given how dire the room was, I decided to personally check for bedbugs, and while there wasn't any evidence of them, the mattress and box spring were still in a very sorry state and clearly were quite a few years old.
We went back to reception to see if we could get a new room, which thankfully they were willing to accommodate us with, however the replacement room was also in a very poor state. Housekeeping had not cleaned the room and changed the sheets, there was a hole in the drywall by the door, and most concerning was a not insignificant patch of mold on the bathtub. Attached is a picture of the latter mentioned concern.
Neither rooms have been recently renovated, with a generous guess being no earlier than 40 years, if at all.
After seeing that our replacement room was no better than the first, we opted to cancel our stay altogether and find another hotel.
