Horrible. First room had stains everywhere and the TV didn't even work. They moved us to another room. This TV worked. Just as many yellow stains on sheets, they even had a vent cover for a hole in the wall. Both rooms smelled as well. Advertised as having a pool and didn't have one. Breakfast was slightly better than a super 8. But that's not saying much. Would like to post pictures.

What a disappointment! If you have the choice of another hotel, BOOK IT! Upon check-in, I was advised that room service would not be provided during my 5 day stay. I was advised that there was a dog charge of $20 per dog. Not disclosed on Priceline. I had prepaid for the room on Priceline and not eligible for a refund. BTY, I left a day earlier. Not offered a refund or partial refund. Staff is NEVER at the front desk. You have to use the phone. Hint: They are in the bar/casino with a cell phone. The bed light did not work and the toilet ran constantly. The freezer was frozen, making it unuseable. The carpet was worn and less than clean. The window was so dirty you could barely see out. The least of the rooms issues. The bed needs to be replaced. The springs popped and cracked everytime you turned over. No blankets in the room, they have to be requested. The front desk came and plugged the light back in and attempted to fix the toilet to no avail. The headboard fell off the wall. She wrote a service request for maintenance request. Maintenance never came until the last day. They affixed the headboard to the wall. Never fixed the toilet. Contacted front desk. I was moved to another room, which wasn't much better. The shower dripped! The room was in similar condition.I plan to reach out to Howard Johnson and Priceline. This hotel needs to be closed down and totally renovated.

Beds were horrible. Room needs a little attention. One cup coffee regular was left four a four pot coffee maker. Does that make sense to you? Place would be great if some details were addressed, especially the beds. That’s the “seller”Rooms: Beds are horrible. I switched rooms and the next bed wasn’t any better.

When checking in and out, the girl at the front desk "Emma" was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a bad attitude and didn't seem like she liked her job at all! We've stayed at that hotel numerous times and have never dealt with someone so unpleasant. Very disappointing. We have kids that wanted to swim, as it was triple digit weather out. Unfortunately, the pool is not in service. We were told they shut it down during covid and don't have any plans on reopening it.

Stayed at this location for two weeks on official business; house keeping did not come to my room at all! I watched the house keeper go to all the rooms on my floor and clean them except for mines. I had to go to the front desk juts to get restocked on toilet paper and towels. Not to mention that the bed sheets were filthy when I first arrived, I had to get brand new sheets and put them on myself. Floor was not vacuumed everything was dusty and you could tell the room wasn’t serviced. I had to go to Walmart and get my own cleaning supplies and clean the room just so it was livable for two weeks. Very disappointed in my stay; if I ever return to Helena I will not stay here.

Honestly, not that bad. I was getting pretty nervous reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel room was clean enough (no, I didn't blacklight the sheets ?♀️)A lamp had a burnt out bulb, and the shower grout could use some attention, but it was completely fine to stay for one night. Service was good even though we were pretty late to arrive on a Sunday, and the breakfast bar (nutrigrain and granola bars, bananas, coffee) was enough to get us going. If you are looking for a four star hotel experience, keep searching, but if you're looking for a cheap, convenient and decent place to sleep, this is it!A suggestion for the hotel staff: updating the showerheads and outlets/lighting would go a long way :)

Very very dirty and smelly. Stains on bed, walls, floors. Prices and pictures on website are not accurate. Got a basic room and online it was $86 a night and ended up spending over $100 when checking in. I wouldn’t give this place another cent of my money and I would never stay here again. Next time I will pay the extra money to stay in a nicer cleaner place.

Room was a bit dated, older couch, carpet and appliances but the bed, bathroom fridge, etc was clean and reasonably priced so it did the trick for a quick stay in Helena. Check out is 11 am which was hard to find on the website.

The worst hotel I have been at. For the price you are getting what you pay for. Rooms are dirty, don't shine a blacklight in them. Corners aren't vacuumed, and in some rooms half the room isn't even vacuumed either. The beds feel like sleeping on wood and and are very hard. I think new beds would be a really good idea... I didn't even hear about the pool being closed indefinitely until I started reading reviews and looked for myself...The sheets were clean along with the beds the AC ran cold and the staff was friendly enough and told us about the limited breakfast and we got wifi that requires no password to enter, a big plus.

This place is ridiculous. Had to switch my first room I will add pictures to show you how to discussing this place is and I wish I could add the smell to this post. We had rented two rooms for the concert here in Helena. Even after the second room was switched we still had to have them come up and remake all the beds towels and clean it was so dirty. I DO NOT not recommend this place to anybody it is filthy they have long-term tenants here animals running around the smell is terrible the pool is shut down and has been for a long time this is complete false advertisement you're free breakfast buffet is coffee a kid tooth box and a frozen sandwich that you can take to your room in microwave. It's just unbelievable. Do yourself a favor save the hundred bucks and if there's not a room sleep in your car for a couple hours it's that bad people.

Should have read the reviews first. Terrible hotel. Dirty wash cloth in the shower. No room service. Had to bring my dirty towels down before they would give me clean ones. Ridiculous. . The pool and hot tub are empty ,haven't worked in years. Wyndom needs to take a second look at who they are representing.

Bed was lumpy and hard. Pillows were sooo tiny and worn out. Thankfully I had my own. Helena hotels and motels were booked up so we were happy for a place to sleep. The air conditioning worked good and the staff was so awesome and friendly that I felt like I was in a episode of Cheers, where everyone knows your name. So my extra star is for the staff otherwise this tired hotel would get a 2 star rating.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Very old and musty from the moment you walk in. There was an uncovered outlet behind the mattress that I’m surprised hasn’t ignited the bed on fire yet. Definitely needs updated.

Hotel is nice and the staff is friendly, but was woken up 3 times by staff dealing with an issue in a near by room and when I booked it I picked the hotel cause they had a breakfast and when told that it was a breakfast bar by the staff I assume it was like a buffet but no it's literally a Nutragrain bar.

Hotel looks remodeled. New carpet and paint. Towels are plush and soft. However the housekeeping needs work. Our room had leftovers in the refrigerator, dried soap on the shower walls and on shower curtain and coffee and coffee grounds in coffee pot. Heat was turned off, so the room was freezing when we arrived. We turned on the heat and left the room for a while.
