I paid $290 for H&R block to do my taxes for 2024. I gave the H&R rep who did my taxes my correct address and my Driver's License which shows my correct address. The H&R rep did not list my full mailing address so I will have to do additional work to receive my State tax refund because of their error.
It is highly disgusting to pay $290 for someone to do my taxes, yet I still have to do more work on my taxes.
Even though H&R Block sent a reply, I am still going to have to wait for MT Rev Dept to forward paperwork to me so I can fill out their documents and correct my address. It will probably take an additional two weeks or more for me to receive my State refund due to H&R Block's mistake.
I think H&R Block should refund half of the $290 they charged me since I'm am making phone calls, filling out correction forms, and mailing documents regarding my taxes.

Bruce Bell is honest and integral. Would not have anyone else do my taxes. When feeling that confident in someones work thats where you stay.

Ruth on Cedar St. and the other two ladies working was absolutely amazing. I brought my 2 year old with and all 3 ladies made us feel warm & welcome as soon as we came in. Got my taxes done quick. Amazing service.
