I'm glad people have found the IRS helpful and I would love to get such help. however, I have called 5 different numbers and can not get to a human. very frustrating. And yes I did use the number listed over the reviews.

Had an appointment after hours of trying to get ahold of someone, drove on bad roads a long ways ..no one at the office.
