Their phone system sucks. Finally got to an associate and was put on hold. Hung up after 6 minutes. Went to Home Depot and bought all my materials.

Good luck getting any customer service over the phone. They just send you to a line that rings and rings until they hang up on you.

Purchased new washer and dryer, the washer was damaged, had to order replacement. Replacement was here faster than quoted, and no damage. Customer service was exceptional. All employees were awesome and very understanding. Will definitely come back.

This place has the slowest customer service of any place I’ve been. There is no consideration for people’s time. Placing an order online means nothing as you’ll still have to wait upwards of 30 minutes just for someone to get the item you need. Better to just find it yourself and don’t bother asking people for help.
There was one person who was very kind and I can tell they’re short staffed. But it’s still very frustrating.

I am very impressed by with the Lowe's Pro department. It is always intimidating trying to figure out all the materials for a project. I recently remodeled my deck. I worked with Colton in the Pro department. I showed up with the dimensions of the deck. He was able to provide me with all the decking material needed for the project. I did come up short on a couple materials but that was due to me changing the stair layout and were a seam in the boards were. Overall the experience has alleviated a lot of stress from me. The only issue that I have is that Colton doesn't sound like he makes any commission on his sales.

Service around the store was awesome, and we were often asked if we needed help. Website was easy to use and led us to what we needed by aisle and bay numbers.
However there was no checkout staff and we were forced into using the self-checkout because of this, further contributing to less jobs for the community and more corporate profits.

While I prefer Lowe's to Home Depot and the selection at Lowe's, it is extremely difficult to find help or a cashier. On a busy Saturday afternoon there are NO cashier's other than self-checkout.

I find it amazing that Lowes can't look a purchase when the Name/Date/Store/Credit Card used are all known and within the past year. The customer service is very poor. One person says "come on in and we can look it up for you no problem".....drive into town.....the next person says "we can't do that".
So they submitted a request to look up the info, with a "we'll give you a call".
No follow up. Stop in the store to request the info again and stand there for a half hour waiting for the manager.
I won't be going back to Lowes.
