Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply is a family of stores famous for customer service and a large inventory. It is like an old fashioned hardware store with a little bit of everything under one roof, from name-brand clothing and boots to panels, tools, pet supplies, and even live chickens. They have a famous wall of jeans and a great selection of work pants and real leather belts. The store is clean, clearly marked, and huge, with everything needed for Western living. Many employees are noted as very kind, helpful, and super friendly, often going out of their way to assist customers. Checkout is typically fast and easy. The quality of items is premium, and prices follow suit, ranging from good to expensive; some things are a little overpriced. While most staff are praised, there are occasional notes that floor staff could be friendlier. The large parking lot is unmarked, so caution is advised. Overall, it is a favorite store for many, similar to other farmer-oriented stores, where you can find what you need and more.
Went in to browse 10 mm pistols. Staff was polite, knowledgeable and patient with me. Ultimately purchased from a different location, but only because the luck of finding a used one in great condition.
