I asked for helped at the front desk, when the employee made a joke then said no. Where his fellow coworker proceeded to help me. Told them what I needed and ended up still getting the wrong part from them. Over all the experience was very unprofessional experience. Will be recommending my friends and co worker go to O’Reilly’s auto parts for now on.

I love Napa! The people in there are usually the best! They always have the best customer service too. Today I went in and I got an older guy. I came in with my old battery and I had been working with a couple other people there with my battery situation. This guy though, the moment he saw me his eyes rolled and he sighed. Alright! Cool he’s probably had a bad day. Well he asked if I had my receipt and I said no, but the last guy I talked to said it wasn’t an issue they could find the receipt. This man scoffed at me and said “I can look for it but you need to keep your receipt.” I eventually said I didn’t care if he found the receipt I just want to give them my old battery. I then told him I needed new batteries in my key fob, but I struggled to pop them open. He shut it down before I could actually finish my sentence. And I said it was really easy I just need some help. He finally did decide he was going to help with that and changed the batteries, but he started to try and push some of my key fob buttons to see if it worked and I said “oh don’t worry about that. My car is on” and he laughed at that? It’s 19 degrees….Im going to keep it on. Idk what this guys problem was and usually we can get passed it but this guy just got ruder and ruder

Awesome parts store the employees are WAY more knowledgeable than the other parts places and the quality is typically better prices are fair but higher on some stuff but over all well worth the extra cost to not deal with autozone or O'Reillys....

My experience was fast and efficient: they had the very specific part I needed, and it was cheaper than at Auto Zone. I was a bit perturbed by the cashier obviously (and verbally) judging my use of a credit card vs cash ("This is why the country's in so much debt!"), but one person doesn't represent the entire shop.

Very good services. But very ,expensive ..your better , going to auto zone. They mark up there by 30%. From any other auto store

The worker Lloyed is so creepy and awful. Makes me never want to shop at Napa ever again… if you stop here don’t let lloyed work on your car or better yet even talk to you
