“Called to get an answer to a question about my furnace and the gentleman was very helpful. He took time to answer my questions and made me feel as if my 'diagnosis' of the situation was correct. I felt reaffirmed and in a good mood as I hung up. My furnace is on the blink and I found the blinking lights, determined what seems to be the problem and just wanted to know if turning it off was all that I needed to do right now. We laughed about how the furnace didn't care that the thermostat upstairs had been turned to off. It STILL came on as if to say...."No No I have a job to do." So, I went downstairs and turned it off.”

“I have used this store numerous times since moving back to Helena five years ago. Their customer service has been outstanding, their online order/pickup very convenient and their deliver has been a life safer. The knowledgeable staff like Rebecca have always been willing to help answer questions and explain new adventures you may be trying.I am however amazed at the reviews I just read. If you want a good time, and want to be entertained you should read the one star reviews by people apparently calling themselves adults. Things like, “you have to clean your carpet to have a warranty,” so wait, it’s Home Depot’s fault you didn’t read your warranty and realize a very standard clause was in there…yea, you’re right…someone else’s fault.What about the UPS delivery delay…you know, because Home Depot owns UPS, oh wait, they don’t own UPS??? But I bet they get to dictate to another company when and how to manage their employees, right? Oh, again, that would be ridiculous.How about the signing up for a credit card one, you know you have to give information that doesn’t automatically “pop up” to have a credit report ran…so you are clearly mistaken as to how that occurred.Lastly, I will say, I am also a 100% disabled veteran, and I don’t expect someone to unload things on a delivery. I plan ahead and have help here if needed, due to most companies insurance. Also, I usually do not ask for a military discount, but I have a couple of times, and they are more than able to type in the discount on any actual checkout line that is not self checkout for you. They can also do it on a self checkout line with a supervisor.For you keyboard one-star warriors out there that blame a company for your lack of research, foresight, and knowledge…grow up. Give yourself one star and maybe boycott your own previous behavior!”
