“I aways can find an employee to assist me. The lumber department was so helpful. A couple times I was looking for a specific not so common product (latest one was a light bulb) but they didn't carry it. I've been able to get any other basic product.”

“Called to get an answer to a question about my furnace and the gentleman was very helpful. He took time to answer my questions and made me feel as if my 'diagnosis' of the situation was correct. I felt reaffirmed and in a good mood as I hung up. My furnace is on the blink and I found the blinking lights, determined what seems to be the problem and just wanted to know if turning it off was all that I needed to do right now. We laughed about how the furnace didn't care that the thermostat upstairs had been turned to off. It STILL came on as if to say...."No No I have a job to do." So, I went downstairs and turned it off.”
