They returned 736$ in parts to this person who I hired to fix my truck. Clayton told me he was a certified mechanic and him an his friend had there own mechanic business so I put the parts under his account because he said he would get more of a discount (which he didn't at all, I'm positive I would've got the same as him or better because I go to you all the time or used to) and for tax purposes. I believed him like a dummy, I get a call four weeks later from the guy who sold me all my parts (over 1500$) from o Reilly saying Clayton just came in and tried returning some of the parts but he said no. C ended up waiting until he got off work and then went back into the store and cohursed the on duty manager to return them with he did. I tried to solve this by calling the store, talked to a manager, I called head quarters and nothing has been done about it. That is straight up theft, I also don't get the warranty on my parts, I had to pay this guy Clayton for doing nothing at all but tearing apart my motor, returning over 700$ in parts, cost me over 600$ to get it towed to a different mechanic, now owe that mechanic 4300$. I also had to re buy the rotors and brakes for my truck. I would like the parts put under my account and something done about the parts Clayton returned without permission and be refunded money for those parts. You can see on camera whose money bought the parts and can show the truck that the parts went on I just bought the truck

I've been going to this place for over 15yrs. Employee (manager/ asst. Manager) Miner, is and has been rhe ONLY consistent thing at that store other than the product. I have NO IDEA why nobody lasts in this store. From managers down to the drivers. And some of these "employees" either act like know it alls or don't know ahit at alls. It's hit or miss. Napas too expensive for my wallet, car quests for 70yr olds and oriellys is just not.my cup of tea. So here we are. Just my humble opinion
