“I love SW paints, the color section and the customer service. Each store has access to my purchase history (with my approval) making it super easy to recall exactly the name/type of paint I'd previously used. The best part is the customer service is beyond excellent. I always think that speaks volumes about the nature of the corporation: that they hire folks who put the customer first. I had another great experience today with Bailee White, manager of the N. Montana Avenue store. It was my first encounter with Bailee and he exceeded the standard that I've come to expect at SW. I highly recommend!”
