“I do have to say that the post office is getting better about their customer service. They are getting people in and out quickly and are being very efficient at their jobs. I’m quite impressed by this because, for the longest time, the lines inside the post office were horribly long and it took forever to get anything done but now you wait for maybe 5-10 minutes and you get seen, and then your out of there. I’m proud of their positive changes and efforts to make the post office a better experience for everyone in the City of Helena!”

“The service is very nice but they take a very long time. Not unusual for a post office but waiting in line takes forever. Decent sized parking lot so there’s plenty of signs for trucks and sedans. Very clean and well-kept.”
