Terrible customer service. Every flight out of Denver was canceled and the hotel was ZERO help in canceling our room and charged us the full amount. Made an already stressful day so much worse.

I can’t even begin to describe what a terrible place this was to stay. I really don’t think it’s fair to blame housekeeping for lack of cleanliness. The problem is much deeper and is due to a lack of maintenance and updates over several decades. I am a light sleeper and asked for a quiet room. Our room was facing the interstate and I heard traffic for most of the night. The location is great, but we would never consider this place for a second stay. One night was plenty for me.
Rooms: The rooms were dated and in poor condition. The television was about the size of a normal microwave and two of the three major networks were not included in their cable.

The room was listed as having 2 queen size beds, when we got there the room had 2 full size beds and it looked like the hotel hadn't been renovated since it was built.

I do not recommend this hotel. We were bitten by bedbugs everywhere. I do not recommend!!!!!!

It was bad. A super noisy refrigerator was in the room. None of the staff new any English so they didnt respond.

Great amount of space for the low budget. Clean rooms with minimal and pleasant designs. Flexible workers who are kind and understanding.

Travelled to 52 Countries, All USA States, 10 Canadian Provinces. Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stay In. Front Desk is so rude, it is like an interrogation from someone that arrived to the country likely yesterday and does not know English. The whole hotel stinks, there is mold and the sheets are stained. Avoid if your life depends on it.

Stay here and you will know why. Cheapest place in town but in much need of some basic cleaning. Had I to do it over again I would of spent extra money any stayed at the days inn

This place is only good for low priced rooms. My experience for the four nights I was there was that I received no room cleaning, garbage removal, fresh towels, restock of soap or shampoo. I had to ask for this to be done only when I had no towels left and the garbage was overflowing in the one small trash can in the bathroom. The carpet had not been vacuumed well before I got there nor during my stay. I had to buy the anti-bacterial wet ones to wash the bathroom floor myself because it was sticky and very dirty with old garbage still under the sink from a previous occupant (one reason the trash can overflowed). I would never bring a family to this place with young kids that walk or crawl on the floor. Lucky on this trip I was a single guy who could deal with the situation. The building itself on the inside is not well kept and definite signs of age. I'm not sure when the last time was that they dusted or cleaned the inside of the elevator. I think they try to keep some things looking OK like the front doors but in the four days I was in and out of the hotel at all hours, I never saw a mop bucket being used.

This motel was utterly awful. The first room they assigned us smelled like vomit and we instantly headed back to the front desk to ask for a different room. When we told about our room he smirked and asked, "is the room still in order"? With the obvious intention of letting someone else stay in the room. I would avoid this place at all costs. Avoid this place like the plague that it is - when I saw 'free breakfast' I didn't realize it was referring to the hotel guests. Woke up at 3am with bed bugs snacking on me. Yuck.
This is the kind of slum whose utter lack of care for their guests completely meets expectations - wouldn't even warrant a bad review if it weren't for the pests that they've apparently failed to address after years of reviews mentioning them.
Super 8 corporate - surprised y'all haven't pulled this franchise yet, it's definitely not doing any favors for your brand.
Rooms: Lack of basic maintenance. Unpainted & undanded drywall patches, cleanable stains on linens and mattresses, brackets sticking out of side of bed that I smashed my ankles on multiple times.
Safety: Lobby unlocked and unmonitored during night hours - some drunk fellow wandered in while I was leaving at 4am, clearly not a guest and started wandering through the halls.
Noteworthy details: Bed bugs. Bed bugs. Bed bugs. All you need to know.

Always a joy! I feel as though sometimes other guest really have different ideas about what proper behavior skills away from home consist of. But they have always been accommodating and helpful
