I absolutely love the customer service experience, anytime at the prospect location. Haven’t been upset yet. And over behind the old shopko building, there’s 2 younger men who have excellent customer service skills and they all know how to make a customer laugh or smile at Custer or prospect location.

The fat clerk wears his mask like a chin diaper. Nose out, breathing on everything and everyone. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money.

James is very rude when you asked them question. Not hard to give a paying customer their answer special one that pays over 200 a month on your damn gas station

Dirty floors, soda fountain drains look like there is something growing in them, counters are filthy, employees watching tv in their phones, store looks like it needs an overhaul. Wasn't asked if my receipt was needed. The employees were more interested in the show they were watching then actually helping a customer.

The one on prospect is great, however the manager can be very rude.

I was almost charged $3.50 for a 44oz refill!!! I explained that every other Town Pump was only charging $1, but the gal behind the counter said that they had to increase the price due to the volume of product sold. That's a bit of oversteering! I asked for the manager's, but decided not to call, even after confirming multiple other Town Pumps still only charging a dollar. I found Bob's on North Montana after that to simply charge 99¢. My first refill was paid for by a woman in front of me in line!
