I will never set foot in this store again. After waiting in a long line on a Saturday evening because there was only one cashier working the register, despite another employee being there. I went to wait in the car while my husband checked out with a pack of White Claws, a few other items, and our 12 year old daughter who had skittles and a Dr. Pepper. The clerk drilled my husband and our 12 year old for their ID's and when he tried to explain she was his 12 yr old daughter in 6th grade, she insisted on seeing a school ID from her. My daughter pulled her school info up on her phone for the clerk then came out to the car in tears. I went in the store and asked the other employee who had taken over the transaction if he would like to see my ID because the white claws were actually for me, at which point he declined our entire transaction. Since when are parents not allowed to buy alcohol in the presence of their own children without being treated like criminals!?! Went to another store down the road and after telling the clerk there of our encounter at this Town Pump he laughed and said she must have been on some kind of power trip.

My truck was scratch in the car wash, I made a report, and was told that's not where cars get scratches in their wash at those places. They denied the claim . So if you like your vehicle's finish I would never use this place. Was told by an employee that this happens all the time a d he has never seen anyone get any type of refund or vehicle fixed

The blonde manager with the monroe piercing is rude, unempathetic, and shouldnt be the face of the store if shes going to be rude and standoffish to customers

Clean, convenient location for fuel at fair prices. Very large selection of food, treats, and drinks inside of the store. Beer seems to be a standout option at all Town Pump locations. I appreciate the availability of a single, reasonable-sized beer (not a 40oz) that I can take back to my hotel after a long day on the road.

Huuuge store. Freshish foods (salads, sandwiches, fruit cups, and donuts), large snack section, large bottled and fountain drink selection, some local gifts and souvenirs, chilled wine and beer, and even a surprising variety of magazines and books. Oh, of course, 16 fuel pumps for Exxon gas and diesel for travelers.

The Express car wash website says they are supposed to be open till 9. I have gone out to wash my vehicle 3 times in the last 7 days, at 8pm, 8:30pm, and 8:45pm, every time they close early. I ask the manager why, he says they havent been busy so they close early, so they can start their cleanup. Tonight he (handle bar mustache guy)said they were busy all day, not that they have a mechanical breakdown. Were they just tired? I understand they have to shut down for repairs. I've even been past the gate in line, and we have to back down a poorly planned exit to get out of line due to a breakdown. But the 3 times they were closed this week before 9pm was due to breakdowns per the excuse the employee gave me. So I go to the vacuums and they are shutdown before 9pm also, the vacuums??? The car wash works well. My family has 5 cars in their monthly program. Town Pump management, keep this carwash open till the advertised time on the website. I can see a ma and pa carwash doing this, but Tiwn Pump is a major company in Montana. I buy all my diesel there. I'm rethinking if I want to do business with them.
