My husband and I went into the service/parts department and the employee (thought about calling him a gentleman but realized that was too kind) did not even look up to acknowledge us. I moved closer to the desk, thinking he might be deaf, and noticed he was concentrating on writing "paid" on invoices. After about 15 seconds I said "Hello". He did not look up and grunted "I'll be right with you". Wow!! He obviously should read "How to Win Friends and Influence People", learn how to multitask, or at least take a course in basic customer service manners. We did not wait for him to grace us with his attention. From now on we will be going to Ressler in Bozeman, where they know how to treat people. Shane (at Resslers) did an excellent and attentive job assisting us with our purchase of a 2022 4-Runner.

We bought my highlander Limited platinum hybrid here~ straight little SUV, 3rd row, plus I can tell this vehicle will have no problem getting 300k miles on it~ Toyota’s are notoriously reliable~ 5 stars~

We currently use this dealership for servicing our car and company truck and they do an excellent job. This however was our first time buying a vehicle from Helena Motor. Our salesman Francis was great! She made the process very easy for us and made sure we stayed comfortable while we were there. We did not feel pressured to buy. Jeff did a great job of helping us understand the Toyota certified Platinum agreement which we did purchased. This dealership has great service and sales team. Will buy here again just because of the positive experience. Thanks again Francis, Jeff, and Dan!

So went in to have a couple of remote key Fob's programmed for our Toyota Tundra one I bought from them for a lot of money I had three others two after market and was told they only work about 10% of the time said ok... So a new toyota key and key fob we bought from them one original toyota key fob we had asked that it be programmed also, 1 hour later done 110 dollars labor and 11 dollars in shop supplies (I know right what supplies) well they didn't program the one we had service guy checked and they hadn't done ours (new battery in it and it was workings(send signal) took it back came back 15 minutes later said they tried to program it twice and it wouldn't work (yeah right) so $250 dollars later one fob and a new key the paper floor mat most cost $11 along with the lights...

I would give them zero stars if possible. I was told an hour to an hour and a half tops, and it took *over* three hours!!! 30 minutes or so I can understand but this was just rediculous.
