I brought my car in for a hard starting issue and was blown away by their service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue in plain languag and went over and beyond repairing what was needed. They provided a fair, transparent quote, and the repair was done efficiently. “I called them on the day before Christmas Eve to see if I could get my car in because all of a sudden it wasn’t holding wiper fluid and had 6 different lights on. They said I could drop it off and they’d do their best. Turns out an animal got in there and ate up a bunch of wires and hoses. They were able to do a custom wire job and I picked up my vehicle Christmas Eve morning and paid less than a grand. Highly recommend them!!”

Unlike the big dealerships, Capitol City is not a rip off operation. I was well aware of the work involved to replace an entire clutch, flywheel, pressure plate assembly on my Dodge Ram 3500 dually. Their price was fair and no problems with their high quality work. Dealing with Todd the owner was accomodating, friendly, and professional. They will be my go to repair shop for their specialty work. They remain very busy and there is a reason for this. ..their reputation for performance. A very thorough vehicle inspection was an added bonus. ? It is worth the wait to have them do the repairs. Unsolicited comments.”
