“Started having issues with the air conditioning in my Dodge Challenger. I assumed it was going to be as simple as filling up the Freon, but that turned out not to be the case. A rabbit had gone and chewed some of the connector wiring. Mike did an amazing job of diagnosing and fixing the issue in a timely manner. He kept me updated, and brought me out to show me what he saw with the vehicle multiple times. I really appreciated the transparency and how knowledgeable and skillful Mike is. I was offered a discount on the repair due to the extended wait time. My air conditioning works great now. I highly recommend Helena Import Repair to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced.”

“Miranda was great!! I completed the online form and let them know I needed my transmission fluid changed out per My Jeep Gladiators Scheduled Maintenance Schedule. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews. I manage a large corporation service industry, so I know how complex delivering a service can be. Meeting everyone’s expectations can be a high bar. I was pleasantly surprised at the pre-work they put in. Miranda called and asked for the VIN Number to make sure they were prepared for my visit. She was polite and patient while I found it. She promised to call back with an estimate on what it would cost. She called back while I was at work, but she left a voicemail and a text with an estimate. I made the mistake of showing up an entire week early. She made every effort to still find a solution. I was able to leave my car and they worked me in. She called me again while I was at work and left another message. I wasn’t able to make it in before close, but I was able to pick it up at 7:30am the following morning. Miranda and her coworker were there and ready. As soon as she saw me she called someone to pull my jeep around. They were out front before I even had a chance to pay. The cost actually ended up being about $200 less than the initial Quote. When I commented, she replied “I like to give you a worst case scenario quote depending on how much fluid we have to use and if worst case scenario doesn’t happen, well, we make sure you get that off the bill.” I had read a review where someone else said they didn’t same thing. I’m a farm girl, but I’m not a mechanic, but I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences dealing with auto repairs or maintenance. Because I’m female, they have assumed I should be taken advantage of. I don’t feel that’s the case here. I felt they made every effort they could to provide a great experience from my 1st call with Miranda to correcting a mistake I made in the scheduling and Miranda making every effort to accommodate me despite my mistake. She never once made me feel bad about it in her approach. Lastly jumping into my Jeep and I didn’t even have to adjust the seat or steering wheel and I’m pretty sure it was cleaner inside than how I left it. I now fully understand why this business has a 5 Star Rating. I’m happy to add another one. Thank You Miranda and the team who made an experience I typically dread into a rather painless and surprisingly cordial experience. If I didn’t feel like Miranda was exactly where she should be (The friendly customer facing Service Desk Boss who deals also with Mechanics) I would have recruited her for my own business in a heartbeat. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and she’s pretty great at it. I might bother her later for tips and tricks though, or ask her if she has time for mentoring a few of my service people. Thank You Car Geeks. It was an absolute pleasure.”

Trevor is their Toyota guy and he is extremely professional and knows his stuff. He Used loctite like I requested and even marked every single bolt. He is the definition of professional. He called me with updates on my stage 3 Ironman lift when it was delivered and once the truck was finished being aligned.

“The guy at the counter was friendly, and these folks have the best prices in town. But I'm writing this review because of the bathroom. Not only was it clean, and stocked, but there were bits of old car memorabilia all over. We've driven here from Orlando, and this is probably the coolest public restroom I've seen. But please buy something here if you use the restrooms. Go get a soda, or a fill up, and check this place out!”
“Being new to the Helena area, I was anxious about finding a good and reliable diesel mechanic. I am so glad I found Blue Collar. I brought my car in for a hard starting issue and was blown away by their service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue in plain languag and went over and beyond repairing what was needed. They provided a fair, transparent quote, and the repair was done efficiently. “I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tim. While passing through Helena—about four hours from home—my truck broke down. I called three or four different shops, and Dr. Tim’s was the only one willing to take a look late on a Friday afternoon, right before Father’s Day weekend.
My truck didn’t arrive at his shop until 4 PM, but he still took the time to assess it that day. On Saturday, he called to update me that he was working on it, and incredibly, on Sunday—Father’s Day—he called again to let me know it was ready to go.
