Call me back with complete details and everything and have it fixed all within a very timely manner on top of that I’d like how detailed they are as far as their diagnosis They actually will tell you things that need to be replaced very quickly or things that can be pushed out even if it’s their own work that is needs to be fixed their customer service you never have to wait on them. “This review is LONG overdue! My family and I were traveling home from visiting my folks in Montana last July. We were pulling our bran-new 5th wheel RV and at the time, I didn’t take into consideration the turning radius of the RV and my Ford truck. We were at the gas station just down the street from Caliber in Helena and I turned too sharp while trying to maneuver out of the parking lot of the gas station and the front of the RV smashed through the back window of the truck and dented the roof of the truck as well! At the time, it was raining and my wife and I didn’t know what to do! We have always been Caliber clients - I have 3 daughters and while they were learning to drive we frequented our local Caliber Collison here in Utah a lot :)My wife called the local Caliber in Helena and Craig answered the phone and my wife explained what happened. He told us to drive down the street to Caliber and he would help us patch up & clean up the truck. Craig helped us vacuum the smashed back window and even created a custom cardboard covering for the back window for our 8+ hour drive home. Craig went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for his professionalism, compassion, and humor during this stressful time for us.Thanks again for your help Craig and I apologize this took so long to leave you this review.Thank you,Joel”
“Dr. Tim has been our family mechanic for the last few years and has always done us right! Take for example yesterday my car was so low on brake fluid that the computer was telling my car to shut off. I called doctor Tim and asked what I should do. He asked if I had my child with me to which I said yes. At that point he told me and my wife to wait right where we were to stay warm in our car and keep our son safe. He went purchased what we needed for the car and brought it to us because he cares about us not just as a potential dollar sign. Dr. Tim sees my family when he looks at me and my wife and my son so when he works on our vehicles he's working on our vehicles for our family. I feel he's a great mechanic and possibly an even better man. I won't go to another mechanic in town without checking with Dr Tim first!”
