This is more of a review of my Tuff Shed experience, not pointing fingers at anyone. We scheduled our Tuff Shed to be install in August. On the day it was to be installed no one showed up. I had to call the Tuff Shed scheduler in California (we are in MT) who said there had been a scheduling conflict (not sure how this is possible as they do the scheduling 1 month or more in advance). Re-schedules for a couple of weeks later and it was installed on that date. Noticed the trim had not been touched up after installation (lots of scrapes from removing the walls from the trailer) and the vents were not installed - got in touch with Tuff Shed and then had 3 different people sending me different info. Got the touch up and vents installation scheduled - no one showed up again. Had to re-schedule (might get done this week if anyone shows up). The product seems to be good but have had a terrible customer experience with no one-point of contact, schedules not met, no notifications, etc.

Margaret was excellent to work with through the sales process. She was always available for questions, made changes we requested even after I'd signed documents, and came to our home with paint swatches to make sure our colors were matched. Would recommend working with her and Tuff Sheds.

I loved how quick and ready to go it was to get the ball rolling. Within 24 hours of just browsing at a smaller selection, they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted with a price that I was comfortable with.

Margaret was very helpful with designing our shed and even came out to check the site location at our home to help us make sure that the shed would fit. She did not do a hard sell at all and even gave us a tour of their factory in Helena. The cost of the shed was competitive and the service outstanding. We will give a final review after the shed is built on site.

I had a 30 minute meeting with Cody at Tuff Shed. He was very knowledgeable and proficient at putting together a refined plan, complete with picture of my dream shed. Can you print me out a copy and also email me a copy. He followed up with me in one week and I hope someday to own the dream shed. Prices have gone up a little since I first started dreaming about a Tuff Shed about 10 years ago. They haven’t gone up as much as one would think. Now is a great time to get your tuff shed and if tuff shed is there brand you’re going with, I highly recommend you ask for Cody on Highway 12
