Maybe if US Bank found a smaller/more reasonable storefront location it could afford to staff the cavernous lobby, with space for over 13 service staff, with more than 2 overburdened employees at any given moment (or, god forbid, provide a functioning drive through).

I open an account almost a month ago, took proper paperwork in 3 time ... supposedly it was faxed each time...my account was closed because someone didn't do their work.... very unsatisfied n won't refer anyone to US BANK

Friendly to your face, completely disrespectful after they have received you as a client. Giving you one set of numbers and then the next day completely different. Kept getting back alley answers to why loan application was not being processed over 3 months still no pre approval. Then when tried to call and let the lender know, switching mortgage companies, then received a phone call asking about all the personal information about the additional loan and who I was going through what my interest was what I was approved for the companies name, completely unprofessional.

They have been temporarily closed since May, but Google says they updated their hours to show open a week ago. Their Jackson location they refer you to is just a drive thru and don't offer services inside. Not sure how I'm going to get something notorized.

This is the most unfriendly branch in all my banking years!! My wife walked to the bank at lunch to deposit cash and found they closed the branch(5/11/22), so went to the one they said is open and had to walk through the drive through (no lobby open). I will be closing all my accounts and going to another bank.

They never answer their phones and trying to get through on the 1800 number but they can not help me.I need to get to get a hold of some from the Helena Montana Branch. I have called n called and no one answers even left a message.

Went to DEPOSIT two checks to a nonprofit account. The staff could not have been less friendly to me or to the young couple that tried to open an account right in front of me saying "to open an account you need an appointment." For me they were unwilling to look up the nonprofit's account number. They then quiz me if I'm a signer on the account. I said "I don't know....does that matter." She says snidely "we shall see." I said, "No, I don't think we will. We're moving to another bank." Why does this bank even exist in Helena? What a dump.

The Helena US Bank branch is the worst. The mortgage side can’t even explain the documents, they don’t know how the process works, they do not openly talk to you. I had to go back through my Denver branch to get them to do their job. The tellers, have no idea how to notarize something, it took me 20 minutes for them to notarize and tell me yes, this is the person signing a piece of paper. Four times, hours posted on the door, hours posted on the Internet, hours recorded on the phone are never the hours that they are open. Waited again another 15 minutes outside the door when everything says they are open. No one answers the phone, no one will open the doors. The Helena branch needs all new staff, it doesn’t have to be this way and I will never move my home back to them! And don’t you dare tell me it’s because of COVID and lack of staffing, this is the first time I’ve gone to the bank since COVID happened, all others were BEFORE COVID

There are no directions to the drive through and no answers to the phone. Where is the drive through? So far I’ve wasted 2 lunch hours just to try and go to the bank. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. And likely to change banks entirely.

I was told this would be the last time they would take my deposit due to it not being the exact change. The whole reason I go to the bank is to get change and do deposits. How am I to make up a deposit if I don’t have the change which I go to the bank and get? After years of service, unfortunately I think it may be time to change banks.
