They never answer the phone. This post office has always been this way, for years now. They are a main branch I think, but they just let the phone ring. You will have to set aside half a day, on your day off, just to ask a question. I had to call the 1800 number to send a message to this branch, just so they know someone is trying to call.

25 minute wait to send a certified letter. 10 people waiting behind me. Staff disappear in the back for 10 minutes at a time. What has happened to our USPS???

While I appreciate the staff and their great attitudes (even with rude people) they really need to have more than one person behind the counters, more like three. You get 15 people in line and only one person, people get agitated and it causes stress for everyone. I hope they get more help or stagger when they have lunches or breaks.

Our mail delivery is so inconsistent! You never know when your going to get mail delivered if at all!! Seems we don't get deliveries on Mondays? I mean how hard is it!

Set up a redelivery, they never showed up and my package is currently stuck in limbo. Their online “help” is broken and I have to wait on the phone for 2hours to maybe get help. thanks usps for being the worst at what you do

They just SUCK!!! always late and clueless.. can't help with anything, and just seem like they could care less

Super understaffed! Long lines! Expect weights of over one hour just to pick up a package. Staff was nice.
