3 stars, not the worst but definitely not the best. By going to this Walmart expect to see kids running around, wannabe thugs, people shoplifting, and most likely a drug dealer or 2. The bad thing is the produce isn't the best, the bathrooms aren't the cleanest, and you might get jumped, but the upside is you can come here any time after 10pm and get whatever drug you need behind the store. I mean seriously it's Walmart what can you expect.

The last 2 times Ive used the tire center I'm given an appointment which I arrive to on time. Today I was messaged over an hour after drop off that they were just starting. This time it took them an 2 hours to complete putting on one new tire. Last time it was 3 1/2 hours for 4 Tires. We will not be coming back here. To add on everyone we talked wouldnt look directly at me and was super rude. Just asking where the oil I wanted to buy resulted in an attitude.

I would give negative stars if I could, Do not go to this business and get any work done on your vehicle. I was warned about going to Walmart and getting my oil changed. I decided to try them since they are way cheaper! Worst mistake on my part, I trusted this business and continued to get my oil changed.Recently I attempted to get my oil changed, both times I was turned down because of staffing shortage. Sure no problem I understand that, I had to go to Jiffy Lube because everyone else was closed. Jiffy Lube changed my oil and told me whoever changed my oil last stripped my drain plug, I will need it re threaded or a new oil pan. I contacted the mechanic I like to that my vehicle to and he advised me to contact Walmart and file a claim because this was going to cost my $700.00!! Walmart Claims contacted me today and starts saying this is why you should take your car to only one place, you should have called that night you found out (even though I contacted them I believe one or two days later, I have work and a schedule and life and I shouldn't even have to work this into my schedule) She put it on me. She said because Jiffy Lube got rid of the evidence Walmart can't pay it out. Are you kidding me?! I chose to go to Walmart because of the discount on oil changes and now I have a $700.00 bill I have to pay for a new oil pan. Worst mistake I ever made was thinking Walmart was better than that. I grew up with Walmart they used to be the coolest store now I hate everything about them. BEWARE of the work you get done on your vehicle and going to this company. I will continue tell anyone who says they are going to Walmart my story and how they don't treat their customers right or fair. How untrustworthy they are. " So called certified technicians."

If I could put zero stars I would. I took my care in to get the tires rotated and balanced and when I left my car shook so bad I couldn't even get to 60mph and when I went back they were rude and irritated they had to fix there crappy work.

Empty shelves I understand, but three cashiers hanging around the front self-check shooting the breeze while I call for help, press the assistance button, and wave at them is a bit much. This would be a great place to open a store.

On a visit with friends in Helena, Mt 8/29/21.....11:38"16am I stopped at the Helena Walmart Auto Center to have my Dodge 2500 Truck maintenanced. We needed an Oil Change. I asked for their least expensive Oil Change to include Pit Crew ONLY nothing fancy no bells & whistles. I supplied the oil, but not the filter. I asked that the tire pressure stay at 80 psi per tire because I was pulling a 34" 5th Wheel around 14,500lbs. They said they would do the oil change, lube & supply the filter giving us credit for the supplied oil. When I went to pay it was the most expensive I've had to pay for an oil change at any Walmart in any state all things being equal. That being said I complied & payed. I was charged extra for services that I did not ask for. They concurred that my tire pressure was checked & left at 80 psi. Upon returning home I was surprised to find that I had a pretty good oil leak on the floor of my garage. I called my local Walmart Auto Center where I always have it serviced, brought them my receipt & they checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong to cause the leak. Before making an appointment to have it checked out at the dealer, the oil leak had completely stopped. Whatever they did at the Redding Center took care of the problem. They hand tightened the oil plug & filter. I now believe that is all it took. I then went to my local Big O Tire outlet to have my tire inflation checked & put back to normal no longer pulling RV, Guess what, Helena, Mt had put the incorrect pressure in my tires after saying they left it at 80 psi it was actually 60 psi in the front & 70 psi in the rear. I was lucky not to have an accident pulling the 5th wheel home 1400 miles. Big O even said we were lucky not to have blown a tire or worse pulling that kind of weight. I am writing this review to forewarn others not to have their Oil Change or any Auto Service at this Walmart in Helena, Mt. I've never had a problem at any other Walmart Auto Center in any state other than at Helena store #01872 2750 Prospect Ave.
