I have been to all of the Wells Fargo banks in Helena and I have been dealing with fraud that one of their customer had done to me however, Wells Fargo has been the most disgusting unorganized unprofessional bank I have ever had to get answers/attempted "help" at. Started off with a request of funds from my bank being sent over and Wells Fargo, not taking this issue seriously and denied it on the spot even though I have a signed contract with their customer and further information (emails/txt messages etc). While attempting to get in touch with the fraud department (after speaking to a few people who couldn't understand what "fraud department" is ) I finally was able to talk to a very nasty person who was absolutely no help and told me that my bank needs to send another request of funds, by the way I was AGAIN charged to send this. After going to 3 different banks during my lunch break (because I actually have a job and don't fraud people out of their funds) I finally got one answer that I need to "make a appointment" keep in mind that day I talked to 7 different people over the phone who all could say is go into a branch I was overly mad and expressed that to the clerk and they again did not take anything serious. So to the day of my appointment I was still upset printed out all txt messages emails and the contract I explained to yet ANOTHER PERSON the situation and he called the fraud department to address this further not saying anything to me at all while he had food stains all over his shirt, leaning all the way back in his chair like he was on vacation yet again not taking this seriously and when he finally got off the phone explained to me that at this point it's bank to bank talk and he can't disclose that, like okay so I talked to over 20 people since this has started and no one can explain that it's bank to bank. You can absolutely say at this point I was the biggest Karen and I will let everyone know how crappy this bank is. Also keep in mind that clerks don't know their protocol calls because when this first happened the clerk pulled up the customers account and showed me their bank history and told me what state she lives in. PSA there is a ton more nasty things and drama with this however I think this will finally get my point a crossed to this bank Oh and their customer is LATERICA C BORDEN and she doesn't live in Helena let alone Montana.

22 minutes in drive thru to be told oh sorry I was on the phone ... While others that came after me left there before me .. don't do your commercial business here they don't care about that lane

Dealing with this bank is rediculous!!! Whatever happened to customer service? I can't even get somebody to answer the phone! The recorded message says that bankers are not able to receive calls at this time! D****

Not even a 1 The worst. I own a business and have 8 accounts with them. My accountant waited at 3:30 today to deposit our weekly $. They charge us to depoait cash. Wont give us change but 2 rolls quartera and 2 rolls dimes. Told us to come tomorrow and go to fuller branch to deposit $8.90 cents in change because they dont take it. Wow. Wells fargo should be out of business. Dont bank there

I really needed something notarized and went to the bank not long before closing. The notary there was incredibly patient and kind. She apologized twice for the wait - it wasn't that long, seriously. No one I spoke to even asked if I bank there (I do, actually). I got everything I needed done. It was great.

This Wells Fargo branch has always been fantastic to work with and I have used a lot of banks all over the country. Excellent customer service and on-point every time. Jessica J (branch employee) deserves a shout out today for exceptional service.

No ATM at the time I was there, but the staff were friendly, and took care of getting me cash.
