NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!! Been trying to call them for over a week now and no one will answer the phone. Been trying to see how I can set up an account for my 17yo who lives in Helena and I live in Washington.

I’ve called them probably around 15 times the last few weeks to set up an appointment to wire some money and they have never answered their phone. Ridiculous customer service.

2 things that bother me the most about this particular bank. First they only have one atm outside and it's in the drive thru. Second I'd you go thru the drive thru to make a withdrawal. You have to wait for them to send over a withdrawal slip. I dont understand why they cant keep both the withdrawal and deposit slip in the bank tube . They both seem to be the same size. It would save alittle time on both ends.

I wrote a review for this branch on the other Wells Fargo site and meant for it to go to the Fuller Branch. Please see my review of the other branch. The Fuller branch is top notch and the customer service has always been excellent. Shout out to Jessica J (branch employee) for wonderful customer service.

Horrible banking ethics. Have lots of friends, customers and family that absolutely will never return there or have any financial services in the future.
