“Was traveling when my thermostat went bad. They were able to get me in right away. Problem was fixed very fast and efficiently. Had problems with payment ( banks fault) was able to get issue corrected although it took about three days. Throughout the whole process everyone was professional and empathetic with my concerns. “We have used Vally Farmers for quite a while and their service has always been fantastic. They have helped us with a variety of propane needs, and we have always enjoyed working with them. I have always talked to Valerie and she has been a pleasure to work with every time. We recently had a minor issue with a delivery and when I voiced my concerns to Valerie she handled it in a way that was probably one of the best ways I've seen a company handle a customer concern. She was very happy to help and was compassionate about our situation and had zero hesitation assisting us as well as did it incredibly fast. This company deserves 5 starts before this but are exceeding a typical 5 star business.
