He was courteous, knowledgeable, timely and reasonable. He chased down answers to my questions even AFTER I had completed my purchase. That’s not typical these days with a variety of businesses.

“We have used Vally Farmers for quite a while and their service has always been fantastic. They have helped us with a variety of propane needs, and we have always enjoyed working with them. I have always talked to Valerie and she has been a pleasure to work with every time. We recently had a minor issue with a delivery and when I voiced my concerns to Valerie she handled it in a way that was probably one of the best ways I've seen a company handle a customer concern. She was very happy to help and was compassionate about our situation and had zero hesitation assisting us as well as did it incredibly fast. This company deserves 5 starts before this but are exceeding a typical 5 star business.
