I had this internet service provider for 3.5 years. I had experienced nothing but problems with the internet, outages, broadband being throttled during peak hours. There's never anyone to answer calls unless it's during office hours. When they did respond it was either a day later or someone just showed up at the door unannounced. They just throw new equipment at the problem. 3 routers and two modems later I cut them loose and found another provider.

The internet goes out regularly. You can not get ahold of anyone. The don’t return voicemails. When they originally hooked us up, they ran a cable and said someone would be out to bury it and that never happened. I think they provide a terrible service and do not care about the fact that they are leaving people very dissatisfied. If you have the option to go with someone else, my suggestion is that you should.

The guys at Viking are the best. Any time I've ever had any issue they've been right on it, and their customer service is amazing. Even if there was a cheaper option, I'd still go through Viking simply for their customer service

Works decently when it actually works. The internet tends to go out multiple times a day sometimes for hours at a time. Very frustrating and not optimal for working from home.

Slow unreliable, 90% of the time it's unstable high packet loss lots of jitter with ping. Even late night when Noone is on in the neighborhood it's slow massive ping spikes. Can bearly watch a stream at 480p always buffering their speeds are a lie if it can't handle 480p stream.

The people were friendly and I had a problem with my phone but they kept at it until resolved. Plus they kept me in loop as to what was going on. Highly reccomend

I have cable internet through Viking. Have been using their service for two years! My whole family has Viking internet. They are a small local company that works very hard to provide services for their neighbors. Viking has always been consistent. Would recommend! They also have wireless internet and TV services!
