I have a ball python that I recently rescued and it had an upper respiratory infection and Dr Neil treated him asap and her and the entire staff made me feel so much better and calm since he was in their care. They were communicative and very helpful and supportive during my stressed out panic for my snake. I am so so so happy I found them as my reptile vet in the flathead valley!!!

Dr. Markellis was the best vet I’ve ever known in my entire life. He is missed. Dr. Neils is pretty fantastic too. Lucky to have found them.

All Creatures Veterinary takes good care of my guinea pigs, Ollie and Felix, when I bring them in for check-ups and nail trimming. They are gentle and caring with them.Felix is long hair guinea, and they take the time to trim his hair.

We love this place. Had a couple scares with our young dog and they’ve always been able to fit us in. Very friendly and compassionate staff as well.

I was told that getting my bunny's tooth cut would cost $70. I called and waited in a spot in the parking lot for a half hour for them to come out. I ended up going in, which was the same time the employee came out. Austin was on the phone and 2 women employees were doing paperwork. Then my daughter in law came in with my bunny with the employee that had gone outside. They weighed my bunny. I let them know I had another appt somewhere else in a half hour. So they said to leave my bunny and come get him afterwards. So I did. When I came to pay my $70 bill, he told me it was $171.85! I about had a heart attack. The woman employee behind him said "the office visit is $45". I told them I had been in an accident and been dealing with a concussion and this sure didn't help with my migraines. When you're told a price they should stick to it, and let you know if there are other charges that might arise. Austin was the one who told me it would be $70 and knew we were debating bringing him in when it cost that much. He gave no heads up that it would be more for office visit and medication. As I got in the car I looked at the receipt. I was not charged $45 for office visit but $58. So I called Austin and asked why it was more. He said it's never been $45 and not sure why she said that. I also told him I used to bring my animals to this vet a long time ago but quit cuz the greedy receptionist seemed to only care about you paying than the care of the animal. I told Austin there should have been a heads up. He said next time he would try to be more informative. There will not be a next time.

Their reception staff, especially Kathy, lack the compassion necessary to work in an environment which facilitates care. Rude and short on the phone.Doctors take forever getting back to you after tests are ran.Better off looking elsewhere.

I've waited a long time to write this, but decided I have too. Dr. (I use that title very loosely) Pierson is the most arrogant, incompetent vet I have ever met. I had just moved here and needed a vet for my senior dog, so I scheduled an appointment and told them the purpose was to get established since he was senior. Sure enough he had an issue and I called to tell them I was on the way. I was told they are very busy and I would need to make an appointment, which are at least 2 weeks out. I re-advised, "I'M ON MY WAY". They worked us in. The diagnosis was neurological and we would hit him with meds and then give ongoing meds to maintain. I was giving him various meds every 4 hours, but he did come around. I gave them a call when I was nearing the end of the prescription to find out what the ongoing prescription that Ms. Pierson had advised he would need would be. She called me back with a nasty attitude saying Cody and I weren't the ones who read all the books and went to school, so we shouldn't be the ones saying what should happen. He doesn't need an ongoing prescription. I advised that she previously said he would. She again got nasty and said, "well, he doesn't". This change happened without her seeing him again. So, no ongoing prescription and 1 week later I'm calling them at 4:55pm and they refuse to answer the phone, so I leave a messages. 4am that next morning I'm at the emergency vet putting him down for the same problem he had. The emergency vet was speechless with how Ms. Pierson acted. I did receive a call later that morning from them and told the gal he passed. She was genuinely upset by hearing the news, but that doesn't negate the actions of the worthless Ms. Pierson. Stay clear if you value your pets

They were so efficient, informative and gentle. My Daisy had an upset bowel and no appointment but luckily there was a cancelation and they helped us out with our puppy. Thank you!

Absolutely great! Hands down the best. So kind, compassionate and they truly care. I have gone to multiple vet clinics over the years and this one gets my vote. If you're looking for a vet who will not gauge you with a bunch of unnecessary tests and such, give these guys a call!

Have only helped my father to take his dogs there. Good experience. They are gentle with your kids. They show that they care about their patients as well as their work.
