I came here for a warranty repair on my MacBook Air and was super impressed with the turnaround time and the quality of repair. Calvin is a master of his craft, having been at it for 30 years! And, you can really tell. He instills confidence and is great to deal with on every level. Super friendly! He's the most knowledgeable tech I've ever met and seems to truly love what he does. To find someone with this level of skill and experience that is nice to work with is really rare. I will continue to return here myself and would recommend them to anyone. To be honest, I'd rather have Calvin work on my machines than any Apple Store. To have this level of experience in the valley is a gift. Thanks, Calvin! :)And, there's a cool dog in the shop..Win win. :)

Took my laptop here for a cracked screen. I was helped right away and was given clear communication on how the screen would be prepared/how long it would take, etc. It was a very organized process which I appreciated and took less than three days from bringing the laptop in to get looked at to picking it up fully repaired. In addition to replacing my screen they also ran full diagnostics to ensure everything else worked properly. Pricing was incredibly fair. If I had any other issues with any of my Apple products I would take them here first. Support this small biz!

I just took my IPhone to Allied with a charge port issue. They had the issue diagnosed, fixed and had me on my way faster than it took me to find a parking space. I highly recommend this shop for Apple product issues. The shop is clean and comfortable to wait in. Its important to support our local small businesses. I should have asked but wasn't there long enough!!....seems to be a family run store. Thank you and I will be back.....my wife and kids all have Apple products and accidents happen!

My daughter told me about this place. I had no idea an Apple dealer was here in Kalispell--outstanding service from beginning to end. And the turnaround on my MacBookPro was fast. It was a warranty item, and these folks handled it in a couple of days. Very impressed. I highly recommend these folks.

I cannot sing higher praises!Every second of my experience with Allied Computing was excellent. I had purchased a used iMac from a friend. We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! After spending hours trying to triage the situation myself (searching the internet and speaking with AppleSupport on the phone), I made an appointment with Allied Computing for the following day. At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

Had an appointment with AC a couple weeks ago to repair broken charge ports on a 2020 Macbook Air. I believe it took Calvin maybe 20 minutes to diagnose and replace the ports. It was a very quick and satisfying transaction and I am appreciative of Allied Computing's diligence and existence in this area.

I shattered my laptop screen while on vacation and reached out to Allied. Not only did they order a new screen from Apple, repair it but did it in 2 days! These are some great folks. I appreciate good customer service and WOW did I receive it!!!!

I loved the service and prompt repair for my phone. However a five star quickly went to two because the customer service for my dad was reportedly nonexistent. I sent him on my behalf to get my phone and he was treated rudely at the store because he had “no appointment.” I called to let them know he was coming. ??♂️An apology would be nice; mask or no mask, appointment or none.
