“My son wanted me to sew him new seat covers for his outdoor furniture. He thinks since I inherited a sewing machine, I know how to sew. Fortunately, the staff at Joann's were extremely helpful in providing me all the details and options I would not have known. I was greeted as I walked in and helped when I needed it.
