It's super hit and miss with this store. I swore 2 years ago I would never go back, but I did last Friday and bought a phone and accessories. I dealt with Austin who is a wonderful young man and very helpful. He would get five stars. I went back Sunday because there is a problem with one of the accessories, walked in. None of the associates even acknowledged that I was there, said oh hi it'll be a few minutes, or nothing. One of the associates could have at least acknowledged me and said something but nothing. I waited over 20 minutes and then basically just had screw it and left! After I return the accessory that is broken, I will NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS DOOR AGAIN.

Jason was super professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Had great solutions and explained everything simply and made my visit quick and easy while accomplishing all of my goals. Would definitely recommend to others and will return again and/or reach out to Jason directly in the future. 10/10!

We came in about 45 mimutes until closing. Staff was helpful, friendly and got my daughter set up with a new phone quickly.

Used to be a good company, don't know what happened. Bought a samsung watch recently so I could use the Samsung health app only to find out i cant since I'm not 22, on top of that the watch wasn't holding a charge, and they ended up charging me a $55 restocking fee when I returned it which I didn't know was a thing, nor did anyone make me aware prior to purchase, Never had these problems with verizon. Highly recommend reading fine print, taking a few days to think about any purchase, and speaking with multiple representatives, there was one lady that was very helpful and kind, however most of the employees are just there to make money regardless of the effect their actions have on customers.

This location somehow managed to sign me up for service without giving me any account number or information. It's been 3 months I've received zero bills, contracts or any other communication about my account. I can't pay my bill or ask any questions about my account whatsoever. Just waiting for the day it stops working I guess because I'm traveling and not near an AT&T location at all times, calling is useless because they won't accept my EIN.
