Just bought an alternator from auto zone because my lifetime warranty “couldn’t be found” in Napa's computer system. Good thing I left too because it was $70 cheaper at auto zone than Napa.

I went in with wipers from Costco that didn't have the correct attachments. I was price matched for the costco price per wiper and they put them on for me! Won't be buying wipers from Costco again!

They have a device to help with the check engine light. It helps you to know what needs to be done. Very nice and helpful associates, and this place has all kinds of extras to keep your auto running smooth and looking great!

Choose a diffrent store....parts that fail, horrible customer service, always giving the wrong part. And now i guess they delete customers purchase records, No knowledge of the items they sell, ZERO compensation for the complete headache. **Edit 1/23/24 had issues trying to get a starter for my car. So you can't use gift cards with a debit card for an online purchase. They will end up trying to charge your card the full amount. Regardless what it could do to your account. And after waiting 5 days to get a starter, just to turn in the core, to get in-store credit instead of cash. Not that they care, but life makes it hard when u need cash, just to find out you get in-store credit.

This store has a lot of neat gadgets and items for your vehicle. I personally think that if you do need something for your car you should check this place out. I bought a new battery and despite being super busy on a cold day I got the product that I needed. Definitely going to make another trip in the near future

It's OK. The help is slow and not knowledge, but I understand that hiring quality people is hard nowadays. Prices are fair so I go there when I'm in a pinch.
