There are plenty of clothes to choose from. I always spend more than I should because I find things I don't need but somehow can't live without..? The salespeople are very nice and helpful. They often are the ones who find the things I don't need but can't live without. So they are obviously very good at their jobs.

Hands down the best customer service around! The ladies that work here quickly become your new best friends. Give them the freedom to choose what they think will look amazing on you, and you will feel like a million bucks! Can’t wait to come back.

I have terrible anxiety, came here to shop for clothes for my birthday and just wanted to be able to shop in peace. I don’t like having people shop for me or follow me around the store. I walked out after being stopped 5 times while shopping. I even told the gal I wasn’t interested and just wanted to browse. Not sure if it’s their job requirement but like read the room.

Customer service was great and the employees were nice. I got a pair of jeans maybe 3 months ago and already they're ripped, when previously I could wear them for much longer! Quality isn't all to great it seems

I stopped in looking for clothes for a surprise engagement and follow up photo shoot while in town. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I found a great pair of jeans and one of the associates went into the back and found the perfect sweater for photos! Thank you all. :)

Shopped many Buckle stores around the US usually some of the nicest and most helpful employees. This store must not of got the memo. Rude and zero help to my mother in law. Bad service

I reallu enjoyed my expierence here recently. I went in for some jeans and left with sone jeans! That necer happens first try, most of the time I gonin try on 50,pairs feel guilty for waisting their time and l3ace empty handed. Harley was great, not pushy, very helpful and intuitive with what I wanted. Over all I left happy with my purchase, and in record time!

They only carry plus size sizes i couldn't find a normal size 4 pair of jeans. They look at me like I'm abnormal or something I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds pretty average size if you're not fat don't shop here

Never sign up for there buckle credit card.. very un-reliable and no way to pay it unless you go into the store. They told me I can call the store and make payment.. didn’t work, then they said I can make a payment on my phone on the website, that also didn’t work and it said I had 0 balance due. But low and behold they we’re getting interest money off me and ruined my credit cuz who has time to take work off to be to store before 6 (when they close). Everything they said it to be, it wasnt. Not pleased
