I have had Bullitt at several locations in the past and they have always been great. Communicate openly when there are issues and resolve them quickly, clear about their system, etc. They have data caps but for most people they are reasonable enough and should not be an issue; if you are a power user you should know that going in and plan accordingly.

Insanely egregious data caps, base plan only gives 100 gb. Lol it's 2021. ISPs should not have data caps at all. Gotta love a small local business being even worse than comcast.

They were amazing. It's a satalite pointed at a tower near 3mile drive. It was always fast enough for us. And the people living in our old house now are gamers. And they say it has never given them issues. It's actually locally owned. And the customer service was top notch. One time our power went out. They called within 5 minutes because they noticed our internet was down. Without asking they said they were going to lower our bill for the day since we didn't have internet. I told them they didn't have to do that. It wasn't their fault and the power wouldn't be out long. Their response. "It's not your fault ether. And if you can't get on the internet we can't very well charge you for it. No matter who's fault it is"Truly amazing. Especially considering how shady most internet company's are. Ours was down in Nashville for 2 months at the beginning of covid. No discounts at all.

Scott and the entire Bullit team are, hands down, one of the best small businesses in the valley. They work hard to earn and keep your business. When I need help I do not talk to some tech in India, I talk to a dedicated Bullitt Team Member here in Kalispell. I have friends who have lost service when Bullitt kept me up and going with no interruptions. A+

Montana owned and operated small business. Always had good luck with service. Reasonably priced. If there's a service outage they're quick to send email with details outlying cause of disruption.
