Always courteous and caring. We have a very high anxiety dog, and the vet takes extraordinary effort to care for her without causing her anxiety. Just brought our cat in for emergency care and they were so fantastic with her. Price was reasonable too. I was thinking about changing to a vet near my home, but I don't think I will. We're very happy with central valley animal hospital.

Friendly staff that always check on you and make sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible. They have ALWAYS taken the absolutely best care of my pets over the years. More than 20 in a less than 10 years. They will also send cards to you after your beloved friend has passed and they treat them with such respect and love.My current dog, a bulldog with many allergies, they are always making sure she is doing well is her medications and doing everything within your ability to keep her healthy, safe, and happy while always offering me many option that are budget friendly. The staff are my absolute favorite though. We love going there for all the attention and love we receive. We are always treated at someone special and not just another face in the crowd.

I’ve never had a bad experience with CVAH. They have always taken such great care of all our animals and are so informative to help us understand issues. They are quick to get us in when we have an emergency. They are upfront about their prices and are also reasonable with them. Our pups aren’t scared when they go inside and are actually excited to see the doctor!

The clinic itself is clean, organized, and equipped with modern technology. Whether it's a routine check-up, vaccinations, or more complex procedures, they handle everything with utmost professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude. The staff members are friendly, courteous, and efficient, which contributes to the overall positive experience.

The vet techs here are very nice to my pets. But the atmosphere is not very professional. My dog got his vaccinations here and they didn't even take him back into a room, they just gave it to him in the waiting area which I found odd. On another occasion I brought my rabbit in and the room we were brought into was a mess, hair all over and I was concerned the table hadn't been sanitized because of it. I was waiting for results back in him and all I could hear was loud laughter and gossiping in the back room. I could hear them asking questions about my rabbit and the vet just saying "I don't know" when they could have just came to me and asked, but never did. And when I was paying the front receptionist did not say a single word to me even when I said thank you and have a great day. We also had our dog put down here and the vet kept saying her heart had stopped and then would say "oh maybe not". It was very back and forth and made it harder on us. She even tried to say that she didn't need to do the second shot because she thought she had passed when she had given her the sedative.

I just took my little yorky in at 930 this morning, as she is really sick and barley moving. The laddie at the front desk asked if I had an appointment. She said they were booked and she thought the evergreen clinic took emergency patients starting at noon. I left feeling terrible. No concern for my dog at all. I will never go back here.

I had my dog of 18 years euthanized here. The room we went into was comfortable and comforting. The staff was amazing, very sympathetic, and allowed us to take all the time we needed. We paid for a private cremation and when we received our Chula's remains they came in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved into a plaque.

We have taken our pets here for years. Always have gotten fair treatment.Took my dog in this morning to have a broken tooth looked at. The Vet spent less than two minutes looking at the tooth, and informed me he should be fine without pulling it.I asked her what I owed, and she told me, “ you’re good,” and waved me out. Although I’d say I wouldn’t expect to pay for a visit that short, I would’ve completely understood a minimum vet check, as it’s a business, not a charity. After leaving, I received a phone call from the vet a few minutes later. The receptionist, rudely stated that I owed them $65. I told her, the Vet told me that I didn’t owe anything, The “lady” on the phone then very bluntly said, no she didn’t, which I then disagreed with, and told her she would be welcome to ask the Vet. She put me on hold, so I hung up, as I figured, the Vet will inform her yes, I said he didn’t owe us anything.A few hours later I missed a phone call and received a voicemail saying that there was a misunderstanding and that yes I did owe $65.00.At this point, I’m thinking, wow, this place must really be hard up for money if they are brazen enough to chase people down for $65, after very much so saying nothing was owed.I went and paid my bill, and mentioned the unprofessional manner the whole situation was handled, which then earned me more of the same charming behavior from the ogre at the front desk. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there. I can’t deny they know what they are doing as professionals with animals. But, as a business owner, I do very much understand that 50% of running a successful business, is treating customers appropriately. Paying $65.00 is not an issue. Services were performed, and just because I would do something in that amount of time for free, does not mean that this business needs to. But, somebody should take a class for how you treat people in a service industry position like a receptionist. Misunderstanding or not. Rude is rude. A simple,” we’re sorry for the misunderstanding, but our company has a minimum charge policy” is not hard and diffuses a lot of uncomfortable situations instead of causing customers to go somewhere else.
