My car was very dirty, and the car wash didnt do a great job the first time around. The guy came out and had me go through again - he gave me the most expensive option for free. There was still one dirty spot after that so he gave me a round with the power washer for free. Really dedicated to making sure my car got clean and I appreciated the effort.

It hardly gets my suv clean and also it never gets the back window. Very upsetting! Will not pay for it again.

Good water pressure,but the soap didn't work, and neither did the clear coat.

Pretty bummed about this. Unfortunately I did not have a clean getaway car wash. I drive a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek with only 8500 miles, pretty much brand new still. After going through this car wash I got out to find pretty bad scratches on some parts of my car as well as paint that had been chipped on one of the fenders.

I managed a competing car wash in the valley. 95% of complaints are costumer error or lack of common sense. This one is reasonably priced and the autowash works well. The owner also leant us a part for our car wash that was backordered for several months and he asked for nothing in return. He literally saved us from losing tens of thousands of dollars in revenue. And we were a competitor!!! The owner is a very decent human being and the wash does what it's supposed to.

It did the trick for what we were looking for it to do. But would really like one of those that pull you through, with brushes, to really get you clean.

High water pressure and also super high power vacuums that actually get stuff out of my carpet.
