I was looking for a car for my oldest son and saw a car at Corwin that I was interested in. Mike McLean was the salesman that got in touch with me right away. Personable - not pushy, honest, up front and he actually listened to what my very specific search criteria was. Turned out that the vehicle I was interested in came in on trade, but had not been inspected yet.Mike called me back the day they finished inspection and the car did not meet Corwin standards. Mike said it was going to auction and they could not make the deal. Integrity - such a rare quality it seems today. I was very impressed by this and it shows good core values for both Mike and Corwin Motors.Because of my narrow search, it took me a few months to find what I was looking for. Mike continued looking for what I wanted and touched base (appropriate/not bothersome) to see where I was. Unfortunately I found a vehicle somewhere else, but I was so impressed with working with Mike that I will be contacting him when my youngest son is in need of a vehicle here in a couple of years. - Brian B.

Dealership was very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment and got me in immediately that day. Service was completed 15 minutes faster than promised. Still had time to catch up with Frenchy and talk to the parts department about getting a deer guard. Matt was exceptionally customer focused throughout the process and did a great job of covering everything that was done and seen.

Great experience picking up a used pickup at Corwin. Gabe was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure at any point in the process. Felt like everyone listened to our needs and they ended up staying late so we could get all the paperwork and approvals tackled. We really appreciated how smooth things were throughout.

Experience in purchasing a used vehicle was excellent. Was greeted by salesman right away. Dealership was willing to deal with me on our purchase and trade in. Vehicle was detailed perfectly and ready to go. Would come back to Corwin's next time I am looking for another vehicle.

Buying a “2020” GMC, which was new for us, went smoothly & FUN, thanks to Shawna Smith & company. Fixed all the USED issues timely. We bought added warranty & oil changes too. Extra $$ so this week, actually Friday, we have an appointment for dead batteries 2 days ago. Very strange. Didn’t leave anything on plus this DENALI is so automated, not sure what’s up. We thought our bonus coverage is bumper to bumper, but we’ll see what happens with this appointment as we have only owned the truck less than 2 months! To be continued….

Love my “new” to me, previously loved 2010 Toyota Prius. There were a few bumps during the buying process but Joe and Frenchy made sure everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend for future purchases.

I recently purchased a Truck from Corwin Motors in Kalispell, MT. Mike McLean was the sales representative and did an excellent job. Was honest, up front and worked hard to ensure I had a good experience during the whole transaction. When you go there ask for Mike! He'll take care of you!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy my experience was! My salesperson, Caleb, was very easy to work with, and his follow up was incredible. It is nice to know that there are still companies that value customer service! If you need a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Caleb!

Highly recommend working with Corwin. Good cars, good prices and great people. These guys really take care of their customers and honor their word. We just bought a used car and had some issues that needed fixed. The third party that did the fix really messed up the car. Chandler worked dilligently to make it right and did so very politely and quickly. In addition, there were some issues with the warranty. Instead of making us deal with it and pay a bunch of extra money, Tony made sure it was cared for and covered all of it for us so we didn't have to deal with it. Not one, but two great outcomes working with Tony and Chandler at Corwin. Daniel was also a pleasure to work with during the sale of the car. He paid close attention to detail as we worked through the process. If you need to buy a car and want to have extraordinary customer care, this is the right place to go!

My car didn’t come to you in this condition but it’s how you returned it. Also your service staff is rude and treats me like I don’t know what Im talking. It is absurd to be told I don’t drive my car enough (it’s a 2020 that I drive daily) and that’s why my battery keeps dying. Do better.

Truck was taken in Friday for a 30,000 mile service. Engine oil was changed and was over 60% so change wasn’t needed. They rotated my winter tires which only had 50O miles at the most since Les Schwab put them on. An Email was sent and went to junk file. ZERO other attempt at calling me to check about truck. Saturday I went to dealership got truck taken care of by Matt. Thanks Matt!However now the fan motor has something wrong and needs fixed. Loosing faith in Corwin very quickly at this point.

Bought a car from corwin yesterday. Today went to use the windshield fluid. Didn't work, so I checked it. It's frozen solid. Called to let them know, and they admitted that they had most likely put summer fluid in and not replaced it. Told me there was nothing they could do except wait for it to thaw. It's January. Very nice people for the most part, but very different than service I've received from subaru and other dealerships. Not thorough with their inventory.

Worked with Dan Gerber over 2 days plus some follow-up. We were comfortable with Dan. He helped us understand the car, was encouraging but not "pushy" at all. We have gone back a couple of times with questions and Dan is always very helpful. We could not ask for a better salesman.Ken and Grace Young
