We were traveling from Missouri and ended up needing front brakes on our F-250 ASAP.
I called numerous shops and unfortunately they were all to busy to do the work for many days. Ron said he understand our predicament and said if I left it with him he would find a way to work it in.
We rented a car and dropped off the truck on a Thursday evening and the next day Ron had it finished by noon.
Outstanding work at and outstanding value took great care of us even though we're from out of town and most likely not be back in Montana for a long time.
True customer service and highly recommended

Seemed like one thing after another went wrong with our truck after we took it to them. They took it back the second time after we had more issues with it then when we brought it in and only charged us for parts not labor (shouldn't have been charged at all because what was wrong with it wasn't an issue when we brought it in the first time). Got it back the second time and there's still more stuff wrong with it. After almost 1500$ later we won't be bringing it back a third time and decided to take it elsewhere to be actually fixed without more stuff going wrong with it. Surprise surprise it's fixed but not by Ron's alignment. I gave them two stars because they seemed generally nice and wanted to make it right but having to bring it back a third time just didn't sit right with us. My SO is a mechanic and thought he would treat himself by getting it fixed by a shop instead of doing it himself like he always has. He won't be making that mistake again.

I am so pleased. Ron's was able to get me scheduled right away, fitting around my schedule, and did an excellent job and in a timely manner. I barely had time to get comfortable in the waiting room. I should also mention that many of the other alignment shops I spoke to were not "Quattro" friendly and all referred me to Ron's.

Very friendly staff. Excellent job on my alignment and called to let me know my tires needed rotated and they had time to fit it into their schedule. Very pleased with their service and friendliness, would definitely recommend.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was well deserved. I’ve had issues with my truck after it was lifted when it came to ride, handling and tracking. Numerous shops attempted to correct it, and all failed. My alignment was done at Ron’s and the truck drives better than it ever has since I’ve owned it. This will be the only place that handles my alignments from here on out. Great job!!

I'll begin by saying that I'm a picky customer and I've been a customer of Ron's Alignment for several years. I recently purchased an SUV for my wife and had recently had tires balanced and rotated at another local tire shop. I was frustrated that after balancing it felt as if at times the SUV pulled to the left and right. So, I took it to Ron's Alignment. At the counter, they did not dismiss my concerns. Instead, they listened to my description of the symptoms and communicated my concerns to the alignment tech. He did such an outstanding job with it. It was like getting a totally different SUV after he was done aligning it. I would definitely recommend Ron's Alignment. Going the extra distance to make it perfect has pleased me to no end. I'm impressed with their help. Top shelf stuff!

Within the past month, I’ve needed to take my car in to get work done twice. The first time, I thought the climate control module was going out. Turns out, I just needed a couple of cables. This still involved them having to take out my dash. Because of that, all I thought of was how much money this was going to cost me in labor alone. It ended up being very reasonable. This last time, there was a grinding sound coming from my front driver side tire. All it was was the backplate grinding against the rotor. The bent it back and gave my car back at no charge. Neither time did they do anything I didn’t ask for or try and sell me on something I probably didn’t need, like taking it to a brand dealer would have. Everyone at Ron’s is super friendly and I will continue to take my car there for anything I need. I highly recommend anyone take their car there if they need mechanics done.

Outfit is first class, down from calling for available walk-in service, to recalling me when a earlier appointment was available, to full description of what it was before and what it is now. I can’t recommend this outfit enough, well done.

These folks are very helpful. I went in to just ask a question and one of the techs took my Kodiak and checked it. It needs work. So I ordered the parts and they are going to do the work.
