Desk staff are extremely rude and cannot accommodate all sized packages. This is not a FedEx on site but more of a dropbox location. Don’t plan on taking any large packages here or receiving any worthwhile customer service.

Can I give a 0 ? Walked in and verified with the shipping clerk for the maximum package size. He verified the sign, maximum 25x25x28" & 55lbs. I went to my car and retrieved my package - as soon as I walked in the door, the checkout clerk practically yelled at me that the box was too large. I continued to the shopping counter since I already verified - only to hear from them both immediately that I would have to go to the opposite side of town and the package was too big. They didn't even have a tape measure to check when I requested. I went to UPS instead, they measured it 24x25x27 & 40lbs.
If you aren't going to accept something within your posted terms, maybe change those terms. I have sciatica and lifting that box is quite uncomfortable, which is why I checked in the first place.I have sciatica and lifting that box is quite uncomfortable, which is why I checked in the first place.

Review for company specifically, not necessarily this building branch in particular.? Driver never delivered package that was supposed to be out for delivery today (customer phone service gets a 10/10 though and let me know it was not even on a truck even though tracking said otherwise, so tracking is bad and the app is bunk) Ex. Package details are incorrect and flaky service. 0/10 I only ever have issues/problems with Fedex. I'm done, if there's ever a choice between fedex vs any other service I'm not choosing Fedex.

I waited all day for a package that needed a signature delivery by end of day never happened no show flaky service strikes again FedEx sucks
