It’s hard enough being in a difficult spot, especially when you have to go out for help. It’s even harder being judged and / or given attitude from those who are supposed to be helping you. That was my experience at this food bank. Sad that this and so many other services used by those living under the poverty line are so often run by those who are less than kind to those who need them.

It's awesome that we have such a resource for Kalispell I originally thought the selection was terrible but I just realized it's all about timing the earlier you get there the better choices you have everyone there is very nice and helpful. Thank you

Always super friendly and helpful. Never make you feel bad for needing their help. Although there is not a great selection most often but as they say beggars can't be choosers.

Great if you need food help. If you get there soon enough you have a lot of options. However if you are some of the last people to arrive there isn't much left to choose from. The staff is usually friendly and it seems more like a shopping trip than a food bank. They also have one day of the week you can drive thru and get a box of pre picked food. You'll have to check the website for current hours.

The people there are absolutely amazing. My family and I are beyond grateful for all they do to help struggling families like mine???

We're really struggling but they helped us out a lot. I still feel like the portions are small for family's and it is a repetitive thing every time with the same food....

Intake staff was little snarky when I went in. You have to bring hard ID for the entire household, which means birth certificates or SS cards for your children. Seems a bit much for a food bank. They give you a short list of items you can take based on household size (ex. a family of 5 gets 2 servings of oatmeal). You can go 20x a year and once a week, I'm told.

Most of the staff is incredible and nice I have a good experience. It is scary to notice how many more people are at the food bank then say 5 years ago it's like tripled if not more it's scary sad but God willing this will soon end and things can get back to normal God bless us all ???????????????????✌️⚔️?

Kind people but sadly if you can't afford to leave work before 2 on a weekday it's very difficult to get in. Could always use more volunteers!
